The episode begins with Raghav handing papers to Kali, who declares, “Now you are Ved’s legal wife.” Abhay tries to reassure her, saying Aarti will never come near Ved as she carries her mother’s values and Rajput blood. Meanwhile, in his sleep, Ved murmurs, “Aarti, I love you.” As Aarti tries to leave the room, Ved holds her hand, but she firmly asks him to let go.
Soon, Sonal calls Aarti, asking if Ved is with her. When Aarti confirms, Sonal lashes out, accusing her of trying to break Kali’s home by staying close to Ved. Aarti defends herself, saying she has done nothing wrong and that they can take Ved back in the morning. After cutting the call, Sonal manipulates Kali, telling her to visit Aarti’s house the next morning, ruin her reputation, and ensure their plan succeeds.
The following day, Padma returns from the market and finds Ved arriving with Uday and Sonal. Kali confronts Padma about Aarti’s whereabouts. Padma advises her to call Aarti “sister” and speak respectfully, but Kali refuses, vowing instead to destroy Aarti’s reputation by claiming she is having an affair with Ved. When Aarti arrives, Kali gathers the colony people and humiliates her with accusations. In anger, Aarti slaps Kali, reminding her that she once saved her from goons and even arranged her marriage with Ved, so she should stop blaming her falsely. Kali screams at her to be quiet.
Noticing Ved’s clothes drying on the wire, Kali questions who changed them and insinuates that Aarti and Ved spent the night together. Aarti explains Ved vomited, so she washed them, but Kali refuses to believe her, insisting they enjoyed the night. Ved arrives and asks Aarti why she ever made him marry Kali, who is so untrustworthy. Despite Kali’s continued accusations, Ved defends Aarti, calling her pure like the Ganga.
Kali urges Ved to return home, but he refuses, saying he hates her. Enraged, she accuses him of drinking and having an illicit affair with Aarti. Ved silences her, while Aarti asks him to leave her house. Ved agrees and tells Kali to come with him. Kali, however, confronts him, claiming he loves Aarti. She then makes an offer—she will hand Ved over to Aarti if Aarti withdraws the cases against the Rajvanshi, Rajput, and Thakur families. She gives Aarti time to decide and tries to take Ved away.
But Aarti stops them. Throwing Ved’s clothes at him, she warns him never to return to the basti, declaring she has no intention of marrying him and that her only goal is to seek justice for her parents. Ved insists that he loves his mother first, then Aarti, and that no other woman can ever take her place in his heart. With that, he leaves.
Kali then approaches Aarti.
