In today’s episode, Ansh and Prarthana ask Anupama if they’ve done anything wrong. Anupama assures them they haven’t, but cautions that handling the situation moving forward won’t be easy. She explains that once Ansh and Prarthana have their own child, balancing their responsibilities with caring for Gautam will become more challenging. She advises them to think through their decisions carefully, emphasizing that they shouldn’t have to struggle to give equal attention to both children.
Anupama reflects on her own experience, saying that even though she always treated her children equally, they still accused her of favoritism. She warns that Ansh and Prarthana could face similar blame. She also urges Prarthana to consider whether she might be misinterpreting Ansh’s friendship. Ansh quickly reassures Anupama that everything is fine.
Anupama then questions why they haven’t informed the Shah family—especially Hasmuk and Leela—about the situation. Hasmuk, overhearing their conversation, steps in to show his support. He tells Ansh not to inform Leela until the guests have left and offers to take the blame himself if she reacts negatively. Meanwhile, Anupama begins preparing tea.
Elsewhere, Paritosh gives a room tour to Sarita, Rita, Dipa, Anita, and Preet. Preet demands tea, and Paritosh silently resolves to tolerate the “dance ranis” to earn some money. In the kitchen, while preparing tea, Anupama also tidies up the mess—something Leela quietly notices.
Anupama reminds Hasmuk to take his medicine before tea, but he reveals that his medication has run out five days ago. Shocked, Anupama asks how he’s been managing. Hasmuk admits he was too ashamed to ask Ansh for help. Anupama then tells Pakhi to get Hasmuk’s medicine. Pakhi refuses at first, but Anupama insists firmly.
Later, Anupama joins Sarita, Dipa, Rita, and Anita to help clean up the Shah house. Leela comments that a woman builds a home, implying that Anupama has returned once again to set things right. When Sarita and Dipa sit on Leela’s swing, she becomes furious and tells them to get off. Dipa wonders how Anupama manages to deal with Leela, while Sarita remarks that Leela is very cunning. Leela catches them whispering and scolds them.
Anupama and Preet then head to the competition venue, where Rahi, Prem, and Pari unexpectedly bump into Anupama.
