In today’s episode, Anupama asks Devika why she cut her hair. Devika replies that it was a heavy day. Anupama says she already knew Rahi would choose her. Curious, Devika asks how. Anupama explains that Rahi gains satisfaction only by defeating her in the competition, which is why she picked her.
Devika then criticizes Anupama’s children, calling them useless. Anupama admits that Pakhi, Rahi, and Paritosh don’t love her, but as a mother, she can never hate them. Devika says Rahi is unbelievable. Anupama adds that she once tried to mend things with Rahi, but now she will only pray for her and stop trying to repair their broken bond.
Devika asks if Anupama will return to Mumbai or stay with the Shahs. Anupama says she hasn’t decided yet. Devika advises her not to overthink and instead focus on living. She hints at having a surprise for Anupama. When Anupama asks whether it is a surprise or a shock, Devika avoids the question and instead tells her to complete her bucket list because life is uncertain.
Sensing that Devika is hiding something, Anupama grows uneasy. Devika hands her a diary, asking her to keep fulfilling it until her last breath. When Anupama stumbles upon a medical report, she grows restless, but Devika interrupts her before she can read further. Anupama becomes convinced that Devika is concealing something and resolves to find out the truth. She silently prays for her friend.
Meanwhile, Gautam asks Vasundhara if she fears Rahi might betray them. He voices his suspicion that Rahi and Anupama could be secretly working together. He warns that if Rahi loses, the Kotharis’ reputation will be ruined. Vasundhara insists that the competition is about much more than winning—it is about protecting family honor. Determined, Gautam vows to make sure Anupama never wins.
At the Shah house, everyone rallies behind Anupama. Leela urges her to take revenge on the Kotharis, and Anupama promises she will. Manohar decides to throw a party, and Ansh suggests they will proceed with the Ganpati visarjan afterward. The Shah family cheers passionately for Anupama’s team.
Kunal officially announces the competition between Anupama’s and Rahi’s teams. Gautam thinks to himself that Anupama will face defeat today. Unexpectedly, Paritosh places a huge bet on Anupama’s team. The host then plays footage of a fight between Anupama and Rahi inside the green room. Manohar protests, saying it’s illegal to record private fights, but Kunal defends it, claiming that if contestants provide content, it deserves to be shown. Gautam smirks, waiting for his move to unfold.
The judges reveal the first round’s rules: only two members will perform using a prop, and the prop must not fall. One member will be chosen by the team leader, and the other by the opposing team. Anupama selects Devika, while Rahi decides to deliberately choose the weakest member, expecting them to fail.
