The episode begins with Rishabh reminding Bhagyashree that they are professionals and must finish the meeting before leaving. Bhagyashree agrees and asks the receptionist for separate rooms. The receptionist hands over the keys. Meanwhile, Nikhil grows restless, thinking, I had planned to take Bhagyashree with me—how will I manage now? He begins plotting.
On the other side, Nysah is stunned to see divorce papers. Shocked, she says, How could Rishabh send me these? Determined to confront him, she wonders aloud, I separated Rishabh and Bhagyashree, then why does this envelope show Happy Homes as the sender?
Meanwhile, Nikhil deliberately collides with a server, breaking his phone. Pretending to complain, he scares the server until he pleads for mercy. Taking advantage, Nikhil manipulates him into doing his dirty work—ordering him to mix peanut powder into Bhagyashree’s food, aware of her allergy. His plan is to later act like her savior.
Elsewhere, Revati and Purab arrange a meeting between Padma and Gautham. Gautham apologizes on his son’s behalf for their past mistakes, adding, We now have a chance to unite our families. Please accept Purab for your daughter. Rishabh already lost Bhagyashree—I don’t want Purab to lose his love. Revati supports him, assuring Padma of Purab’s genuine feelings. Meanwhile, Bhagyashree prays to God, asking why she is being forced to stay close to Rishabh when it hurts her so deeply. Just then, Rishabh calls her. Frustrated, she throws her phone aside. At the same time, Purab offers sweets to Padma, who silently hopes this happiness won’t come at Bhagyashree’s expense. She prays for Bhagyashree’s well-being too.
Later, Bhagyashree unknowingly eats the salad laced with peanut powder. Soon, she develops a severe allergic reaction and realizes she doesn’t have her medicine. Gasping for breath, she struggles as her condition worsens. Nikhil, waiting for the moment, wonders why she hasn’t called for help yet. He phones her, pretending concern, saying, I thought to surprise you—I’m coming to pick you up. He hangs up, while Bhagyashree weakly staggers to the door. As she opens it, she sees Rishabh and collapses into his arms. Rishabh immediately rushes her to his room and lays her on the bed.
Elsewhere, Vinay questions Karthik about the overwhelming number of guests from his side. Karthik explains that the list is actually Sowmya’s, but she wrote it under his name. Sowmya argues that her godh bharai will also be celebrated alongside the wedding. Vinay agrees, but Karthik points out that the Kapoor family already has an extensive guest list. At that moment, Nysah arrives angrily, declaring, Rishabh sent me divorce papers so he can marry your daughter, but I won’t let that happen!
