The episode opens with Kelo urging Maan to stay calm, telling him the police are actively searching for Doree. But Maan insists on searching for her himself. Kelo warns that in his current emotional state, he won’t be able to find her and promises to tell him the truth once he’s stronger. Maan gets out of bed and prays fervently for Doree’s safety.
Meanwhile, hospital staff wheel Doree away on a stretcher unnoticed by Maan. They quickly leave with her, and soon after, Kelo and Maan also exit the hospital.
The doctor examines Doree, while a nurse reports her severe burns and dangerously dropping pulse. Sattu blames the Thakur family for her condition and swears to keep her survival a secret from them.
In a flashback, it’s shown that Sattu found the injured Doree at the blast site and rushed her to the hospital.
At the Thakur mansion, Maan arrives to find Rajnandini performing a Shanti Pooja for Doree. He interrupts the ritual, dismissing the priest. Rajnandini explains the pooja is for Doree’s peace. Maan holds up a torch, accusing Rajnandini of pretending and revealing he knows her true intentions. He confronts her, asking what harm this family ever did to her. Rajnandini admits her hatred stems from losing everything as a girl. Maan counters that she enjoyed relationships and privileges in the house, then orders her to leave.
Rajnandini leads Maan to the kitchen, where he’s shocked to see Pushpa and Surinder dressed as servants. She reveals that Dadi transferred all property to her and that she sent Dadi to an old age home. Claiming generosity, Rajnandini says she allowed Pushpa and Surinder to stay but only as workers. Maan reminds her that property in her name doesn’t mean she’s won, promising she’ll pay for her deeds. Rajnandini mocks him, saying he’s already lost Doree and warns he may lose more family soon. Maan insists Doree is alive — he can feel it — and vows to find her no matter what. Suddenly, police sirens sound outside.
Police arrive at the mansion. Maan anxiously asks if they found Doree. The officers say no body was found and surviving seems impossible. Overcome, Maan collapses, pleading tearfully for Doree’s return.
Back at the hospital, Doree’s condition unexpectedly improves. The doctor tells Sattu they had nearly lost hope, but Doree is responding well to treatment and should regain consciousness soon. Sattu once again swears to keep her away from the Thakurs.
Later, Maan embraces Shubhi, promising to always be there for her. He dreams of Doree reassuring him she will come back.
