The episode opens with Maan revealing to Doree that Rajnandini is responsible for Neelu’s death. Stunned, Doree demands an explanation. Maan tells her he spoke to the lab technician who had survived the fire—until recently. The technician confessed that Rajnandini stole the forensic report and then set the lab on fire to destroy the evidence. Tragically, he died just before Maan could record his testimony for court. Maan apologizes to Doree for failing to get justice for her, despite all that she has risked for him. Doree reassures him, saying that if one piece of evidence is gone, they’ll uncover another. She adds that if Rajnandini did kill Neelu, there must be a significant reason behind it.
Meanwhile, Kavya receives a desperate call from Deep. On the run from the police, he begs her to bring him money so he can flee the city. Kavya refuses, confronting him instead. But Deep threatens her, warning that if she doesn’t help, he’ll expose her secrets and drag her down with him. Cornered, Kavya agrees to bring the money.
At the same time, Rajnandini prepares to leave for the Thakur mansion to meet potential buyers. Outside, she is stopped by Kelo, who appears disguised as a sadhu. He cryptically warns her that the time has come to pay for her sins and that someone is returning to settle old scores. Rajnandini brushes him off and leaves.
Elsewhere, Doree and Maan visit Neelu’s former home. They notice a Raksha Bandhan thread tied on the door. Curious, Doree asks the neighbors about it. They explain that Paro left after Anand’s arrest, and ever since, eerie noises have been heard from the house. A sadhu tied the thread, claiming Neelu’s spirit haunts the place. Doree, dismissing the superstition, insists on going inside. Unknown to them, Rajnandini watches from a distance.
Inside, as Doree touches Neelu’s urn, she suddenly faints. Maan rushes to her side, revives her with water, and takes her outside. From afar, Rajnandini observes in confusion—wondering why Doree fainted after touching the urn and why she now seems to be behaving strangely. She shakes off the suspicion and walks away.
Later, Kavya meets Deep and hands over the money. He asks her to run away with him, but before he can escape, Pushpa arrives with the police, who arrest him.
A flashback reveals that Pushpa had seen Kavya with the money and confronted her. Kavya then confessed that Deep had blackmailed her, threatening to expose her. Pushpa offered her a way out—get Deep arrested. Kavya agreed to the plan.
Pushpa informs the police that Deep married Kavya while still being married to her. Though Deep threatens both women, the police arrest him and escort him away. Kavya walks off quietly, while Pushpa finally feels a sense of closure.
Back at the mansion, Rajnandini tries to persuade the buyers that the Thakur estate is worth ₹500 crores, citing its historic architecture. Impressed, the buyers prepare to bid.
But just as Doree and Maan return, strange events unfold—the lights flicker, and Rajnandini’s portrait suddenly bursts into flames. Alarmed, the buyers assume the mansion is haunted and quickly flee.
Rajnandini accuses Maan of orchestrating the drama to sabotage the sale. Maan denies it. Then, Doree—dressed like Neelu and seemingly possessed—declares that she will not allow the mansion to be sold.
