The episode begins with Ishani asking Anurag to take care of himself. Anurag tells her that it’s midnight, and facing Shashwat in such a situation won’t be easy. He suggests that either the principal or the lawyer accompany her instead. The principal agrees, but Ishani refuses, saying she knows her family well and doesn’t want anyone else to get insulted. The lawyer advises Ishani to leave the house rather than endure her in-laws’ torture, but Ishani admits she isn’t independent enough to make such a decision and cannot sever ties with her family so easily. The principal and lawyer then head to the car.
Anurag tells Ishani she can always approach him if she needs help, but Ishani insists she doesn’t want to increase his troubles and will fight for herself. When Anurag nearly stumbles due to his injuries, Ishani quickly holds his hand and helps him sit in the car.
Meanwhile, Shashwat tells Nandini they can go out for dinner after his tender meeting. Suddenly, the doorbell rings, leaving them curious about who would come so late at night. Raj Didi informs Shashwat that Ishani is not in the house. Shashwat opens the door and stares at the clock before glaring at Ishani as she walks in.
Shashwat immediately stops her and demands to know where she went. Pihu taunts that Ishani must have gone to meet Anurag. Shashwat presses Ishani for the truth. Ishani explains that a false case had been filed against Anurag and that he was beaten by a police officer, so she went to fight for justice. When Pihu asks where Anurag is now, Ishani replies that he’s in the college quarters. Nandini questions who Ishani manipulated to help Anurag, but Ishani points out that Pihu herself confessed Anurag was innocent. Cornered, Pihu admits she lied earlier just to win Anurag for herself. Ishani adds that she only stood up because injustice was done to him.
Shashwat scolds Ishani for leaving the house without informing anyone. Ishani retorts that if she had asked permission, he would never have allowed her to go. Shashwat then coldly asks what if he tells her she can’t live in his house anymore. Ishani replies that he can say so, but only after following legal formalities. Furious, Shashwat slaps her, declaring that he alone sets the laws in his house. He questions why he should spend his life with a woman like her. Ishani fires back, saying she knows the truth about his relationship with Nandini and what he really does during his so-called meetings. She reminds him that not everything can be bought with money and that hitting her is against the law.
Nandini warns Shashwat that Ishani could file a case against him, but he laughs and challenges Ishani to go ahead if she dares. He then throws her out of the house, stripping her of her rights as his wife. Humiliated but strong, Ishani declares that God will not forgive Shashwat and that he will one day pay for his sins.
