The episode opens with Aditi confronting Rishi, asking if he is trying to justify their marriage by proving she’s insane. Rishi tells her to hit him or vent her anger, but insists they do it privately. Aditi questions why they should talk alone, accusing him of giving her pain and now wanting to take her to counselling. She declares she doesn’t even want to see his face.
Rishi agrees to leave, asking her to take care of herself and reminding her that he loves only her. He says he will never return and walks away. Moments later, he falls from his bike. Aditi rushes to him, worried, and asks if he’s alright. Rishi warns that she would never forgive herself if something happened to him. He says he’s hurting too, just like her, but she refuses to listen. He pleads with her to understand that he would have died if he hadn’t married in Simulboni, then leaves.
Meanwhile, Riddhi criticizes Aditi for creating a scene in public. Aditi admits she’s confused and can’t put her pain into words. Riddhi suggests calling Rishi later, but Aditi refuses. Riddhi warns that she will regret it if something happens to Rishi.
Elsewhere, the doctor examines Jhanak. Nutan prays for her recovery, while Sakhi urges her to stop crying and be strong. Nutan says she’s devastated seeing Jhanak in this state. Parashar assures her that Jhanak will receive the best treatment. Nutan recalls how Jhanak was fine when her daughter was with her, and questions why her marriage to Rishi was forced. She adds that Jhanak would have been broken if Rishi hadn’t accepted her.
Parashar reminds her that Jhanak’s in-laws are there to support her and offers to take care of the hospital expenses. Dadabhai insists he will handle the bills. Putul reassures everyone that Jhanak will recover because her family loves her deeply. When Nutan asks if Rishi loves Jhanak, Putul reminds her that he was forced into the marriage. She says Jhanak and Rishi need time to build their relationship, but right now, Jhanak’s health is the priority. She offers financial help for the treatment, and Nutan agrees, promising to return the money later.
The doctor informs them that Jhanak’s condition is critical. Sakhi begs the doctor to save her, but the doctor says she will try her best and can’t promise anything. Dadabhai insists Jhanak is young and should live. The doctor replies they must wait and see. Nutan weeps, and Parashar encourages her not to lose hope, saying they will pray together. Dadabhai prays to God for Jhanak, his eyes filled with tears.
Later, Jhanak regains consciousness and sees Nutan. She learns that Dadabhai and Putul have come to visit her. Nutan gently tells Jhanak that Rishi hasn’t come.
