The episode opens with Jhanak sharing her feelings with Putul. She says she feels bad for Aditi, as Aditi has done nothing wrong. Jhanak adds that she wishes Rishi would marry Aditi, because Rishi means nothing to her. Overwhelmed, she goes to Nutan and breaks down in tears.
Meanwhile, Parashar questions Nutan about why she let Jhanak travel alone in her condition. Nutan explains that Jhanak refused to listen. Parashar reminds her that Dadabhai is Jhanak’s in-law, so he wants to go meet him. Nutan agrees, and Parashar asks her to inform Jhanak. Nutan admits that Jhanak hasn’t called since reaching Kolkata, but mentions how much Rishi’s in-laws adore her. Parashar says that even Rishi will eventually fall for Jhanak because she is truly special.
Just then, Nutan receives Jhanak’s call and passes the phone to Parashar. He asks about Dadabhai’s condition. Jhanak explains that the operation hasn’t begun yet due to his weakness and that she was by his side, which is why she couldn’t call earlier.
Parashar reassures her not to worry, saying Dadabhai will be fine. He informs her that he is coming to Kolkata tomorrow. Jhanak insists it isn’t necessary, but Parashar says he must be there for Dadabhai in this difficult time and ends the call. Jhanak then tells Putul that both Parashar and Nutan are planning to come to Kolkata. Putul encourages her to let them come, but Jhanak admits she hasn’t revealed the full truth to her family yet. Putul promises she will never allow anyone to insult Jhanak’s family.
At the same time, Indumati breaks down, saying her husband is her whole world. Tanushri tries to comfort her. Indumati shares how much she misses her son Riddhiman. Payal reminds her that Riddhiman himself chose to cut ties with them. Indumati says that is why she poured all her love into Rishi.
Rishi, worried, asks Surjeet about the operation. Surjeet replies that it’s critical and will take time. Abhimanyu asks Rishi about Aditi. Rishi blames Jhanak for ruining everything and asks if she has left. Surjeet says she was with Putul and won’t return to the village without speaking to Dadabhai. Rishi, frustrated, wonders how he can convince Aditi when his entire family sides with Jhanak. He reveals that he even told Aditi he was ready to leave his family for her. Shocked, Abhimanyu questions him, while Surjeet warns him not to make rash decisions. Rishi replies that it may become necessary in the future. Abhimanyu admits it hurt to hear that but suggests they focus on Dadabhai for now. At that moment, Aniruddh arrives and assures them that Dadabhai will recover.
Elsewhere, Jhanak comforts Putul, saying nothing will happen to Dadabhai. She asks Putul to bring her Kuldevta from home, believing her prayers will be answered through him. Putul agrees to bring it for her.
