The episode begins with the nurse calling Jhanak inside, saying Dadabhai wants to meet her. Aditi taunts that Jhanak has become more important to Dadabhai than his own family and accuses her of brainwashing him. Putul defends Jhanak, saying it’s mutual love and respect, but Indumati silences her.
Rishi offers to drop Aditi home. Before leaving, Tanushri asks Aditi to visit again, but Aditi mockingly replies whether she should return just to watch more drama. She then leaves with Rishi. Jhanak enters Dadabhai’s room, followed by others. Putul informs Dadabhai that Jhanak saved his life by donating blood. Jhanak asks him not to get emotional and to focus on recovery. Dadabhai requests her not to go back to her village, and Jhanak promises to stay until he fully recovers.
When Dadabhai questions why his family stayed at the hospital, Abhimanyu reminds him they are family. Jhanak then tells Dadabhai she will wait outside so he can talk to them in private, but Dadabhai insists she return once they leave. She agrees.
The next day, Jhanak tells Dadabhai that he will be discharged tomorrow. Dadabhai advises her to rest in her village, but also suggests she stay in his house and continue her studies. Jhanak stops him from talking too much and expresses her worry as Nutan and Parashar are coming to see him. She asks Putul when her family will arrive, and Putul replies in the evening. Jhanak plans to send her family away before Rishi’s family shows up. Dadabhai then reveals the truth—that Jhanak and Rishi are married.
Meanwhile, Nutan and Parashar arrive at the hospital, but the receptionist stops them, judging them by their attire. Parashar explains they have a relative admitted, but the receptionist still refuses. Nutan scolds the receptionist for being disrespectful. Aniruddh notices Nutan and recalls his past with her. Realizing Phool is Jhanak’s daughter, he mistakenly assumes she is Nutan and Parashar’s child, and believes Phool is ruining Aditi’s life.
Parashar calls Jhanak, and she rushes to the reception. Aniruddh hides and leaves before she sees him. Jhanak hugs Nutan and Parashar, who ask about Dadabhai’s condition. She tells them he will be discharged tomorrow. Nutan says she wants to meet Jhanak’s in-laws, but Jhanak quickly avoids the topic and takes them to Dadabhai’s room instead.
Dadabhai praises Jhanak for saving his life and declares he wants her to stay with him until her exams. Parashar agrees and offers to book a room nearby, but Jhanak insists they return to Simulboni. As they leave, they run into Rishi and Aditi. Parashar questions why Rishi ignored his calls, but Rishi bluntly asks why he was calling. Jhanak interrupts and urges Parashar to leave.
Aditi then taunts Parashar, asking why he expected Rishi to come to the village. When Parashar questions her identity, she confidently introduces herself as Rishi’s future wife. Shocked, Parashar and Nutan exchange stunned looks.
