The episode begins with reporters questioning UV if Katha is his wife. UV denies it, claiming she is only a distant relative, and quickly diverts their attention by talking about Janmashtami. Hurt by his words, Katha walks away, followed by Tammy, who taunts her by repeating what UV said. Katha firmly replies that whether UV acknowledges it or not, the truth is she is his wife.
Just then, UV arrives and accuses Katha of trying to prove herself as the perfect wife in front of everyone, insisting that she means nothing to him. Katha explains she only came to return his handkerchief, but UV refuses to believe her and continues insulting her. Calmly, Katha agrees that relationships are built from the heart, and between them, no such bond exists. She then hands him his mother’s handkerchief, saying she found it on the floor. UV is stunned and emotional as he takes it before leaving. Unfortunately, he and his mother narrowly miss seeing each other.
Later, UV joins the children in the living room after Pari reminds him they are waiting. He distributes sweets as the media and Sandy cover the event. Meanwhile, Katha spends time with UV’s mother, who worries that inviting her might have caused trouble. Katha reassures her, saying her ongoing clashes with Maharaj Ji have nothing to do with her. She tastes the sweets Gayatri prepared, praises her cooking, and jokingly says even Maharaj Ji should learn from her. In the kitchen, Katha discovers a bottle containing the powder that was added to the sweets—and is left stunned.
