Meanwhile, Saloni is anxious because Dev desperately wanted a son. She asks Munni to take her baby, saying that Dev will never accept a girl and that she will instead tell him she lost the baby during childbirth. Saloni fears Dev’s hatred if he learns the truth. Vrinda reassures her that she will be blessed with another child in the future. She then makes a painful sacrifice by giving her newborn son to Saloni, explaining that Angad does not want the baby and she cannot bear to see her child grow up facing his father’s hatred. Vrinda tells both Munni and Saloni that they will be loving mothers. She decides to tell everyone that she has lost her baby and asks them to accept it as God’s will. With a heavy heart, Vrinda hands over her baby boy to Saloni.
