The episode begins with Tulsi urging Mihir to talk to Pari, warning him that her marriage could face serious problems otherwise. Mihir, still confused, tries to avoid the conversation. Determined, Tulsi decides she will speak to Pari herself, but Mihir stops her, saying Pari will eventually confess on her own. He believes deep down that Pari will reveal the truth. Tulsi admires Mihir’s faith but insists the matter is too serious to ignore. Mihir admits it’s very difficult for him to discuss Pari’s situation.
At the dining table, Pari suddenly tells Mihir that she wants to speak with him privately, along with Tulsi. Everyone is surprised.
Pari then breaks down, confessing that she has made a huge mistake, though her intention was never wrong. Overwhelmed, she struggles to continue, and Tulsi consoles her. Eventually, Mihir and Tulsi learn the truth: Pari stole a jewellery set and sold it to a jeweller. She tearfully apologises, explaining that she was punished as someone cheated her and took away the money. Pari says she only did this because she had no money to buy a gift for Ajay, who had given her one during the mu dikhai. Tulsi firmly tells her that stealing is never a solution, but Pari argues that she had no one to ask for money. She explains that she is used to a lavish lifestyle and meant no harm. Pari admits the jewellery was hers but hides the fact that she was behind the theft until she overheard Ajay telling the police, which forced her to come clean.
Later, Pari blames Ranvijay for her situation. He suggests she confess to her parents, but Pari resists until he pressures her. She eventually thanks him for the idea. Soon after, Mihir returns the jewellery to Pari and urges her to admit her mistake in front of Ajay’s family. With Noina’s help, Mihir manages to recover the necklace before Ajay and his friend could. Tulsi insists Pari must not only confess but also apologise to her in-laws.
The next morning, when Ajay arrives to take Pari, Tulsi and Mihir accompany her. Pari hands the necklace and ring back to Indira, who angrily asks how they retrieved them. With great courage, Pari admits she had stolen the jewellery. Furious, Indira scolds Pari and also taunts Mihir and Tulsi, which makes Mihir lose his temper. Tulsi intervenes, saying Indira has every right to be angry, but she should also hear the reason behind Pari’s actions. Still, Indira lashes out, while Tulsi explains it was Pari’s first mistake. She defends Pari, saying her daughter is not bad and takes the blame for not guiding her properly. Naveen supports Tulsi, who assures Indira she is not a bad mother-in-law. Finally, Pari admits she only wanted to buy something special for Ajay.
Sandhya reminds Pari that she could have asked for help, while Naveen questions Tulsi about where they went wrong. Indira expresses her pain, and Tulsi apologises on Pari’s behalf, begging Indira to forgive her. Tulsi also requests Ajay to involve Pari in some work so she can earn for herself, though she admits she has no right to ask such a favour. Mihir and Tulsi fold their hands before Ajay. Moved, Ajay realises Pari has always lived a sheltered life. He offers Pari a chance to work with him if she wishes. Pari then apologises to Indira for hurting her and promises to treat her in-laws as her own parents.
Indira forgives Pari and embraces her. She tells Pari that whatever belongs to them is also hers. Tulsi feels proud, grateful that Pari has married into such a family. She reminds Pari that Indira is now her mother and that it is her duty to care for them and become a good daughter-in-law.
