The episode begins with Karan attempting to kill Lakshmi. She pleads with him to let her go. Dadi and Bhavani arrive just in time. When Dadi tries to stop him, Karan lunges at her, but Lakshmi manages to escape the room with Dadi and Bhavani, locking Karan inside. Dadi breaks down in tears for Karan. Lakshmi, trying to calm him, asks Dadi about Karan’s favorite song. Dadi replies, “Moh Moh Ke Dhaage.” Using a walkman, Lakshmi enters Karan’s room despite Dadi’s warnings, places the headset on him, and plays the song. Karan gradually calms down and falls asleep, allowing Lakshmi to safely open the door.
Dadi thanks Lakshmi for her quick thinking. Bhavani, worried, decides to increase Karan’s medicine dosage, fearing that Lakshmi might cure him. Lakshmi begins to suspect that Karan’s erratic behavior is not due to his head injury and senses someone is deliberately harming him.
Later, Karan wakes up to find his hand tied to Lakshmi’s. He demands to be released, but she refuses. Ved informs Bhavani that it will be difficult to administer the medicine if Lakshmi remains near Karan. Determined to uncover the truth, Lakshmi decides to investigate who is destabilizing him. Karan asks for privacy and questions her intentions, but Lakshmi ignores his protest. Bhavani urges Lakshmi to release him, yet she stands firm, saying she will stay with him and taking him along.
In the room, Karan asks Lakshmi what’s happening. She explains that something is wrong with him and until she discovers who is behind it, they will remain handcuffed. When Karan says he needs to use the washroom, Lakshmi agrees to temporarily release him, instructing him to return afterward so she can handcuff him again. She notices Bhavani watching them, looking tense.
Karan and Lakshmi later come to the hall still handcuffed. Dadi teases Karan, while he mischievously troubles Lakshmi by doing workouts and other energy-draining exercises. When it’s Lakshmi’s turn, she begins cooking and cutting onions, making Karan cough. Bhavani and Vyom worry about how they will administer the drug to him.
At the dining table, Lakshmi urges Karan to eat the meal she prepared, cautious that medicine might be mixed into his water. Bhavani asks if she suspects they are poisoning him, but Lakshmi clarifies she didn’t mean that. Dadi suggests letting Lakshmi handle things, noting that Karan seems calm today. After dinner, Lakshmi plans to release Karan. Just as she is about to unlock the handcuffs, she notices a sudden change in him.
Karan warns her not to come near him, claiming he hates her, and drags her downstairs using the handcuffs, beginning to strangle her. Bhavani recalls sprinkling medicine on a napkin earlier and informs Vyom, who pretends to intervene. Karan pushes Vyom aside. Bhavani blames Lakshmi for all their problems, while Lakshmi desperately pleads with Karan to let her go.
