The episode begins with Mallika pleading with Vikrant not to leave her again. Aishwarya steps in and asks Vikrant to spend some time with Mallika, suggesting Neetu take her away to give them some privacy. Meanwhile, Mannat shows a medicine bottle to Shalini, expressing suspicion that Mallika is deceiving everyone. Shalini points out that it’s a very strong medicine and questions how Mallika could have taken it. Mannat speculates that Mallika is seeking sympathy from Vikrant—she gave the poisoned food to the children but didn’t consume it herself. If she truly wanted sympathy, she would’ve taken the food too. Something feels off. Just then, Anirudh calls Mannat and urgently asks to meet her. She agrees.
Later, Neetu urges Roni to talk to Vikrant. Roni resists, asking how he can face Vikrant after everything that’s happened. Neetu admits Mallika was wrong, but says her condition is worsening and everything she did was for Vikrant. Roni insists her actions can’t be justified. Raveena chimes in, pointing out that Roni didn’t react this strongly when Bobby made a mistake. Roni warns her not to compare him to Mallika. Neetu counters, saying Bobby molested someone, but Mallika acted out of emotional pain—she couldn’t bear to see her husband love someone else. Neetu adds that Roni loves her and will never betray her, unlike Mallika, who knows Vikrant loves Mannat. Her insecurities pushed her to act out. Raveena accuses Neetu of supporting a criminal and ruining her son’s life, but Neetu says she doesn’t need anyone worrying about her son. Raveena says she’s eager to see how Roni handles the situation fairly.
Mallika then falls at Vikrant’s feet, begging for forgiveness. Aishwarya pretends to support Vikrant and scolds Mallika in front of him, attempting to convince him, but he walks away. Mallika pretends to faint, but Vikrant ignores her. Aishwarya sternly warns her to stop the drama or she’ll ruin their plan. Mallika complains that she doesn’t know how to convince Vikrant.
Meanwhile, Vikrant blames himself for everything. Mannat tells him that none of this is his fault—Mallika is entirely responsible. She encourages him not to carry the guilt and promises to always support him. Mallika sees this exchange and becomes furious.
Later, Mannat meets with Anirudh, who expresses concern about everything happening in her house. Mannat shares her suspicion that Mallika faked her suicide attempt and believes Aishwarya is in cahoots with the doctor. She’s unsure how to expose them. Anirudh examines the medicine and reveals that he has the same kind—it’s a capsule, not a tablet, and takes 30 minutes to take effect. Mannat becomes certain Mallika is faking. She then asks Anirudh who he really is and why he’s helping her. He replies that, like her, he wants revenge on Sonia.
Mallika later confides in Aishwarya that she’s clueless about how to win Vikrant back. Aishwarya warns her that if she keeps overacting, their plan will be exposed. She reminds Mallika that their scheme was smart and she needs to stick to it—men tend to sympathize with vulnerable, helpless women. She advises Mallika to cry a little and act fragile in front of Vikrant to gain his attention. Mallika likes the idea and reveals she flushed the medicine so no one can use it against her. However, Mannat retrieves the medicine from the drainpipe.
Meanwhile, Gagan shares his sorrow with Vikrant, expressing his love for Mallika and saying that his daughter is both his strength and his weakness. He asks Vikrant to take care of her. Mannat overhears their conversation.
Aishwarya is seen preparing a special meal for Mallika, and Mannat playfully teases her. Gagan later apologizes to Mannat for being selfish. Mannat tells him that Mallika is lucky to have a father like him. She adds that she doesn’t even know if her own father is alive, but if he were, she would want someone just like Gagan. He blesses her and leaves.

Shalini then asks Mannat when she plans to tell Vikrant the truth about Mallika’s betrayal. Mannat replies that she first wants to expose Mallika’s fake suicide attempt.
Later, the family gathers for dinner. Aishwarya serves food to Mallika, who suddenly complains of stomach pain. Kiran questions what Aishwarya put in the food. Aishwarya quickly blames Mannat. But Vikrant defends Mannat and insists they call the doctor first. Surprisingly, Mannat admits Aishwarya guessed correctly—she did add poison to the food.
