The episode begins with Shruthi feeling deeply guilty for misunderstanding her sister and ashamed for not supporting her during difficult times. Vikrant consoles her. Suddenly, Mannat hears Aishwarya calling her name in distress and rushes to check. Aishwarya warns her that “he” is coming back to take revenge and betray her, instigating Mannat against her father. Mannat reassures her that everyone is with her and will protect her.
Meanwhile, Gagan tells the Saluja family that he had misjudged Aishwarya as a cunning woman. Her actions had made him hate her, but he now realizes she was hiding her pain and pretending to be evil to conceal her past. “It’s really hard to understand a woman,” he remarks. Neetu asks if Aishwarya is certain that Mannat is her daughter, pointing out they don’t resemble each other. Her question irritates everyone. Vikrant retorts that his face isn’t like his mother’s, yet he is still her son. Disappointed, he walks away, leaving Neetu and Roni uneasy.
Later, Vikrant works in the kitchen, replaying recent events in his mind. He suspects Mannat is hiding something connected to his marriage. Shruthi offers to help, and Vikrant asks if Aishwarya had donated her liver to her. She admits it, confirming the surgery happened the day before his wedding. Vikrant recalls how Mannat demanded Mezbani’s shares, seemingly choosing money over him, and then brought her mother home after the surgery. Realizing something, he decides to speak to Mannat immediately.
Elsewhere, Anirudh tries to contact Mannat, but she refuses to help him, saying she has no interest in taking revenge on Aishwarya. Enraged, Anirudh suspects Aishwarya has influenced her. Vikrant meets Mannat privately and directly asks if she sacrificed her love to save Shruthi’s life—if Aishwarya demanded she leave him in exchange for the surgery. Mannat confirms it, and Vikrant drops to his knees to apologize. Mannat asks him to get up, while he admits feeling ashamed for misunderstanding her and wrongly labeling her as greedy. Aishwarya reacts strongly, pretending to protect Mannat, and frames Anirudh in front of everyone. Vikrant and Gagan shield Mannat.
