The episode begins with Anirudh warning Mannat that her life is in danger. He insists that both she and Vikrant are at risk and urges her to be cautious. He swears he isn’t lying, but before he can say more, the police take him away. Mannat looks at Mallika, who storms off angrily. Aishwarya fumes, thinking Anirudh has spoiled her plan, and vows not to spare him.
Meanwhile, Neetu tends to Vikrant’s injuries while Mannat keeps recalling Anirudh’s words. Worried, Neetu points out that Vikrant is hurt, so Mannat quickly rushes to get the first aid box. Kiran complains to Mallika that Mannat has gone to fetch medicines while Mallika just stands there, not caring for her husband. Afraid of being exposed, Mallika pretends to care for Vikrant, though her behavior irritates him.
Aishwarya notices Mannat approaching and, panicking, collides with the staff before running away. The staff tells Mannat that a nurse fled instead of helping, which makes Mannat suspicious. Later, when Mannat brings water and medicine, Kiran snatches the water, and Neetu takes the first aid kit, handing it to Mallika. Mannat stays quiet, but when Vikrant defends her, saying she was only trying to help, Neetu ignores him. Vikrant holds Mannat’s hand, leaving Mallika jealous.
Mallika tries treating Vikrant but presses his wounds roughly. Neetu tells her to be careful as he winces in pain. Finally, Mannat snatches the kit and accuses Mallika of only knowing how to hurt people without understanding their pain. She cleans Vikrant’s wounds gently. Mallika retaliates, accusing Mannat of taking advantage of the situation to snatch her husband. Declaring Vikrant as hers, she calls Mannat “the other woman.” Vikrant sternly warns Mallika, while Mannat confronts her, asking where she was when Vikrant was in danger.
