The episode begins with Vikrant asking Mannat if she filed a case against Mallika. Mannat replies that all charges have been dropped. Surprised, Vikrant questions how that’s possible. Mannat recalls how Anirudh had asked her not to file a complaint against Mallika, warning that doing so would expose his identity. He had told her people would question how she obtained the video, and since he helped her out of that mess, she should do this for him in return. Mannat had asked him who he was and why he was helping her. Anirudh replied cryptically, telling her she was in a jungle and must decide whether to be prey or a hunter. Mannat thinks to herself that she doesn’t even know who this person is—so how can she explain it to Vikrant?
Just then, Vikrant hears people shouting Mallika’s name. Everyone is stunned to see Aishwarya crying and announcing that Mallika has taken sleeping pills in an attempt to commit suicide over Vikrant. She creates a dramatic scene, and Roni urges Vikrant to call a doctor immediately. Mannat tells them to move Mallika to her room. Aishwarya, however, blames Mannat for Mallika’s condition and demands she stay away from her daughter. Aishwarya continues to cry, but Mallika signals to her mother, revealing that she’s faking it. Aishwarya then contacts a doctor to check on Mallika.
Vikrant takes Mallika to her room. Meanwhile, Aishwarya tries to convince Neetu to support Mallika, arguing that she attempted suicide out of love for Vikrant. Neetu counters that Mallika endangered children and herself while trying to undo her mistakes, and that Vikrant is not to blame. She firmly states she will never forgive Mallika.
Elsewhere, Anirudh tells Varun that Aishwarya is a greedy woman who must be taught a lesson and asks him to get in touch with her. Later, when the doctor arrives to check Mallika, she asks everyone to step outside, allowing only Aishwarya to stay. Mannat is shocked that Mallika would go so far as to risk her life and grows suspicious about the doctor’s behavior.
Inside the room, Aishwarya praises Mallika for her performance. She has bribed the doctor to play along. The doctor pretends to question Aishwarya about Mallika’s condition, saying it could be a police case and implying Saluja might be involved. Aishwarya acts defensive of Saluja to attract attention. Meanwhile, Varun calls Aishwarya, asking her to meet his boss. She declines, saying her daughter just attempted suicide, and promises to meet later. Anirudh grows suspicious.
Aishwarya later tells Vikrant that Mallika deeply regrets her actions and risked her life for him. Vikrant becomes lost in thought, blaming himself for her condition. At that moment, Mannat gives him a paper boat—something he once gave her during her confusion. She reminds him how he had motivated her to fight back, and now it’s her turn to do the same. Vikrant feels his heart still beats for Mannat.
Aishwarya confronts Neetu, who refuses to forgive Mallika for ruining her son’s life. Aishwarya then threatens to expose a long-held secret—that Vikrant isn’t Neetu’s biological son—unless she helps reunite him with Mallika. Neetu is stunned. Later, Neetu tells Vikrant that while she’s angry at Mallika, it doesn’t justify him getting close to Mannat. She subtly humiliates Mannat by calling her the “other woman.” Aishwarya also emotionally manipulates Vikrant, claiming that Mallika’s love is pure and that she did everything for him. Neetu continues to emotionally pressure Vikrant. Mannat becomes increasingly suspicious of both Aishwarya and the doctor. Neetu then pulls Vikrant away.
Mannat tries to examine the medicine bottle used by Mallika. Just then, Gagan arrives and apologizes. He pleads with her to stop blaming Mallika, at least for now. He says Aishwarya is manipulative and trapped him the same way she’s now using Vikrant. Her greed, he says, has pushed Mallika into an unhealthy obsession. Gagan worries for Mallika, and Mannat comforts him.
Anirudh, watching events unfold, realizes Aishwarya is capable of anything for her own gain. She would never endanger herself for someone else. He decides to contact Mannat for the remaining information.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya urges Vikrant to talk to Mallika. Mallika puts on a show of remorse and apologizes to him. Aishwarya thinks to herself that Mallika is a brilliant actress—she’s truly her daughter.
