The episode begins with Rishank urging Riya to take a pregnancy test to uncover the truth. Bhavya’s family supports the decision, hoping it will bring clarity to the situation.
Nitin is deeply ashamed of his son’s actions. Rishank has been shirking his responsibilities and refusing to acknowledge Bhavya as his partner, despite pretending to love her—an act that has brought great humiliation to Bhavya’s family. Nitin’s dying wish is to see Rishank and Bhavya married. Witnessing Nitin’s worsening condition, Vinay begins to realize the gravity of that wish.
The doctor agrees to review Riya’s pregnancy report and also calls Bhavya into the consultation room. It is soon revealed that Riya is not pregnant—her report was fabricated. Her goal was to sow mistrust between Rishank and Bhavya. Surprisingly, Bhavya does not react with anger. Instead, she empathizes with Riya, understanding that her actions were driven by her deep love for Rishank and her desperation to hold on to him.
Rishank tries to explain to Bhavya that he never intended to abandon their wedding. He left only to care for his ailing father, whose heartfelt wish was to see them united. As Nitin’s health declines further, the doctors place him on life support, but his survival remains uncertain.
In light of this, Vinay pleads with Bhavya to agree to the marriage, warning her that any delay might prove fatal for Nitin. Bhavya is torn and struggles to understand why her father is urging her into a marriage she’s unsure about—unaware that Vinay has been persuaded by Rishank’s explanations. Time is running out, and the situation demands an immediate decision.
Bhavya is caught in a whirlwind of emotions. Though aware of Nitin’s dying wish, she finds herself uncertain and overwhelmed. Meanwhile, Nitin is wheeled into surgery for a critical heart operation, intensifying Bhavya’s internal conflict.
To maintain appearances, Bua Ma pretends to support the marriage but is visibly anxious. She believes that the deal papers in her possession might be her last hope to prevent the wedding from happening.
Eventually, out of respect for Nitin’s final wish, both Rishank and Bhavya agree to marry. As the priest begins the wedding rituals, the two are finally wed. After the ceremony, Rishank brings Bhavya to his home, where his sister warmly prepares a grand welcome for the newlyweds.
However, behind the facade, Bua Ma grants Shakshi permission to begin humiliating Bhavya the moment she steps into the house, signaling that the challenges in Bhavya’s new life are only just beginning.
