The episode opens with Dhruv being attacked in the middle of the street by someone he believes to be Om. His suspicion grows stronger when he notices the attacker wearing a familiar earring—one he recognizes as Om’s. However, the assault is a part of a sinister plan orchestrated by Gayatri, who has sent an imposter disguised as Om to frame him.
Meanwhile, Isha fails to secure the job she had recently interviewed for. Unbeknownst to her, Dhruv, driven by bitterness and revenge, has been actively sabotaging her chances—spreading word across companies to ensure no one hires her. His vendetta is clearly aimed at destroying both Isha’s and Om’s lives.
Soon after, Isha unexpectedly walks in on a heated confrontation where Dhruv accuses Om of attacking him. At first, Isha is in disbelief—she can’t fathom her husband doing such a thing. But Dhruv presents damning CCTV footage showing a man who looks exactly like Om carrying out the assault. The footage shakes Isha to her core.
In a bid to salvage her husband’s image and clarify matters with their family, Isha brings Dhruv to their home. When questioned about the injury on his face, Dhruv avoids naming Om. Tension escalates when Om himself walks in. Though surprised to see Dhruv, Om keeps his composure out of respect for Dhruv’s father—but his discomfort is evident.
At the dinner table, passive-aggressive remarks fly between Om and Isha, each subtly taking jabs at the other. Watching the exchange, Dhruv coldly remarks that punishment doesn’t always require violence—emotional torment can be far more effective.
Trying to diffuse the situation, Isha silently urges Dhruv to drop the matter. Dhruv eventually leaves, but the tension lingers. Once alone, Isha confronts Om, her emotions boiling over. She accuses him: how could he attack Dhruv? Om, genuinely stunned, denies the accusation and asks to see the footage.
As he watches the video, Om gently places a hand on Isha’s head and calmly asserts that he would never harm Dhruv. He explains the man in the video is not him, but a lookalike—planted by Gayatri to frame him.
Shaken and confused, Isha begs Om to resolve the growing rift between him and Dhruv. Om promises to uncover the truth and clear his name. With the deception finally exposed, Om and Isha begin to understand how they’ve both been manipulated. But they also realize that mending what’s been broken will take honesty, trust, and time—especially if they hope to restore the fragile relationships affected by the conspiracy.
