The episode begins with Isha and Om rushing out for her interview. Meanwhile, Gayatri calls Garima and instructs her to follow them and find out the location of Isha’s interview. Garima trails them and sends the office details to Gayatri. At the interview venue, Om drops Isha off, reassuring her to stay confident and not worry. Isha walks in and waits for her turn.
The receptionist offers Isha a glass of flavored milk, which has been laced with bhang. Soon after drinking it, Isha feels dizzy and begins acting strangely. She starts asking bizarre questions and aimlessly wanders around the office. When her turn comes, she enters the interview cabin behaving completely out of character—clueless and eccentric.
The interviewer is puzzled by Isha’s odd behavior but continues with the interview. Isha insists that her full name, Isha Om Vajpayee, be noted, saying her husband might beat her otherwise—then bursts into laughter and starts dancing. She rambles nonsense, and when asked about her previous experience working from home, she talks about having a nice air conditioner and says the current office lacks one. Climbing onto the interviewer’s desk, she laughs uncontrollably and demands an AC. The interviewer, alarmed, calls the receptionist and tells her to remove Isha, claiming she’s lost her mind.
Later that night, Om returns home with flowers, believing Isha will be thrilled after acing the interview. Just then, he receives a call informing him that Isha behaved inappropriately during the interview and was therefore rejected. Confused, Om rushes upstairs to find answers.
Unbeknownst to him, Gayatri has planted a promotion letter from Dhruv’s company in Om’s cupboard, hoping to create doubt in his mind. Om finds the letter and briefly wonders if Isha intentionally sabotaged the interview to rejoin Dhruv’s company. But he quickly dismisses the thought, feeling guilty for doubting her.
Soon after, Isha returns home, still behaving erratically. Om repeatedly questions her, trying to understand what went wrong. Gradually, he realizes she isn’t in her senses and suspects someone drugged her.
The next morning, Isha wakes up confused. Om gently tells her to rest and heads back to the same office to investigate. In his own way, he uncovers the truth—Gayatri was behind it all and had instructed the receptionist to drug Isha.
That night, Om returns home with a large television and invites Gayatri to switch it on. As she does, a video begins playing—capturing a conversation between Gayatri and her lawyer, discussing their plan to seize Ram Bhavan. The entire family is stunned.
Gayatri quickly tries to cover up, calling the footage fake. But Om challenges her to prove her innocence and calls her lawyer in front of everyone, putting the call on speaker.
