The episode begins with Gayatri’s doctor informing Jagdish and the family that the next 12 hours are extremely critical. If Gayatri doesn’t regain consciousness within that time, they may lose her. Overwhelmed with emotion, Garima lashes out at Jagdish, accusing him of trying to kill her sister. She questions how he could do this to someone he once claimed to love.
At home, Janki and Acharya pray fervently to their deity for Gayatri’s recovery. Meanwhile, the police arrive at the hospital and question Jagdish about what led Gayatri to consume poison. Isha steps in and tries to explain that it was just a minor argument, but the inspector dismisses her explanation, citing the rising number of domestic violence cases where in-laws are often found responsible. Jagdish firmly states that such things may happen in other homes, but not in Ram Bhavan.
Back home, Janki and Acharya discuss the situation. Acharya says he has full faith that the Lord won’t let anything bad happen to Gayatri, but he fears the consequences if Gayatri decides to give a statement to the police against Jagdish or the family. Janki reassures him, saying Gayatri is the elder daughter-in-law of the house and she would never do something like that.
Om, upset by the situation, starts arguing with the police, but Isha calms him down, warning that any further provocation could make matters worse. Om bitterly remarks that GM Saiba is suffering the consequences of her own actions. Isha urges him not to play the blame game and instead focus on praying for Gayatri’s recovery. She goes to the hospital temple and prays sincerely for her well-being.
Later, Om asks Isha whether she believes Jagdish will ever be able to forgive GM Saiba. Isha responds that everyone deserves at least one chance to correct their mistakes. She reminds Om that he too has made mistakes in the past and was always forgiven, and she believes Gayatri has truly realized her errors.
Eventually, Gayatri regains consciousness. During police questioning, she takes full responsibility for her actions and clears the family of any wrongdoing. Afterward, she is brought back to Ram Bhavan. There, she humbly apologizes to everyone and admits to her mistakes—including that she was the reason Miley ran away and that Dilip had brought real jewelry for Isha.
Om harshly tells her to stop, saying her list of wrongdoings is endless and that he will never forgive her. Jagdish, deeply hurt, says he never imagined that she could betray the family out of greed. Gayatri pleads for forgiveness from everyone. But Jagdish stands firm, saying he cannot forgive her and that she can no longer stay in Ram Bhavan.
