The episode begins with Gayatri questioning Om about his sudden employment. She asks how he managed to secure a job overnight, especially when the PA had removed his name from the list. Om responds that there’s no need to drag the conversation in different directions and insists they should focus on the fact that he now has a job.
Gayatri remarks that the saying is true—behind every successful man, there’s a woman. Om agrees and says that two women have contributed to his success: his mother and his wife. However, Gayatri insists that the biggest reason behind his new job is Isha. She then turns to Isha and asks her to tell everyone where she had been the previous night.
Gayatri reveals that Isha was at the hotel working late and only returned home at 4 a.m. with Jagdish. She points out that Om wasn’t home at the time, and since Isha doesn’t have a job, she questions what she was doing out so late. Om interrupts, saying this has no connection with his job and tells Isha to respond to Gayatri so they can end the matter.
Isha remains silent, overwhelmed with fear and humiliation. Gayatri presses further, asking if she had gone to meet the PA. As Isha continues to stay quiet, Om loses his temper. He approaches her and shakes her, angrily asking if Gayatri is telling the truth—did she really meet the PA again despite his clear warning not to? Under pressure, Isha finally admits, “Yes.”
Gayatri immediately blows the matter out of proportion, accusing Isha of going to see that “shameless man” in the middle of the night—the same man who had once tried to molest her. Gayatri adds that it would’ve been better if she had died working for Ram Bhavan all her life than witness such disgrace.
Tears stream down Isha’s face as she runs upstairs to her room, locking the door behind her. Om follows, but she refuses to open it. Though he believes in Isha’s character, he still feels deeply hurt by the thought that she went to the PA again.
Later, Munna Bhaiya tells Om that he actually got the job because of the PA’s referral.
That night, Mala arrives at Ram Bhavan with something important to say. She urges Isha to reveal what really happened the previous night. Isha then tells the whole truth—how she had gone to expose the PA, and with the help of his wife, witnesses, and the police, got him caught red-handed and arrested.
Mala praises Isha’s bravery, saying she did something none of them could have imagined. Isha adds that she would never do anything dishonorable, but expresses deep hurt that no one in the house stood up for her against Gayatri bhabhi’s accusations. With sadness in her heart, she walks away and heads back upstairs.
The episode ends with an air of silence and reflection in the house, as everyone processes the truth and the injustice Isha silently endured.
