The episode begins with Nayanika telling Bishu that Ishaan is sleeping. Bishu feels guilty for failing to protect him. Nayanika comforts him, saying it was not his fault. She is relieved that Ishaan returned safely and says they must tighten his security.
Bishu reminds her that Ishaan had removed his security earlier. Nayanika says his safety is now their top priority. Bishu then tells her that her husband has remarried and settled down, while Ishaan will always take care of both her and Ujjaini. Believing Ishaan cannot live without her, he asks if she would consider marrying him.
Nayanika gently replies that two people can remain good friends without getting married. She asks Bishu never to bring up the topic again. Bishu agrees and says her support during such a difficult time means everything to them.
Nayanika says she has done nothing extraordinary. Bishu reminds her that she risked her life to rescue Ishaan. He also informs her that the media has learned about Ishaan’s kidnapping. Nayanika decides to arrange a press conference.
Bishu then asks about her injection. Nayanika says she has a hospital appointment the next day. Bishu worries that she is unwell yet continues to work tirelessly. Nayanika says both Bishu and Ishaan have done so much for her, and now it is her turn. Bishu asks her to eat something before leaving.
The next day, Angana questions Neil about his sudden trip to Mumbai. Neil explains that Nayanika is alone there. Angana is upset that he made the decision without discussing it with her.
Neil reminds Angana that he still has responsibilities towards Nayanika because of the sacrifice she made for them. Angana says she had accepted raising her child alone without expecting anything in return. She also reminds him that Nayanika had every reason to punish him for breaking her trust.
Neil says Ujjaini is not with Nayanika, so she should not be alone. Angana insists that Nayanika is not helpless and warns Neil that he may only feel unwanted there. Neil asks her not to overreact, but Angana says he will understand everything once he reaches Mumbai.
Meanwhile, Bishu asks Nayanika to meet Ishaan before leaving for the hospital. She says he needs proper rest. Bishu feels bad that she is going alone, but Nayanika assures him that Ratan will accompany her.
Bishu is surprised that none of Nayanika’s family members came with her. Nayanika asks him to make sure Ishaan does not follow her to the hospital.
Elsewhere, Angana informs Indrani that Neil has gone to Mumbai. Rusha says Neil has finally done something right. Shreya wonders how Angana allowed him to leave.
Angana says Neil never listens to her. She tells Indrani that she does not want any confusion in her married life. Jaya points out that Neil is a doctor and a specialist in Nayanika’s illness, so it is natural for him to help the mother of his daughter.
Neil’s father also supports his decision. However, Angana says that if Neil cares so much for Nayanika, he is free to return to her. She adds that she never forced him to marry her and is even ready to divorce him if that is what he truly wants.
