The episode begins with Raghav telling Shanaya that if she wins, it means he wins too.
Later, Raghav finds Dil with tears in her eyes. Gently placing his hand beneath her chin, he stops a tear from falling to the floor. He asks Dil if she wants to say something. Just then, Shanaya arrives and reminds Raghav that he’s breaking his promise by speaking to Dil. She takes him away from there.
Meanwhile, Dil’s uncle approaches Ram to ask if he has heard from Dil. Ram recalls Lata’s warning not to reveal anything about Dil to her uncle, as she is under threat from him. So, Ram tells the uncle that he knows nothing. The uncle warns Ram to inform him immediately if Dil reaches out. Ram agrees, and the uncle leaves.
Raghav, thinking about Dil’s behavior, senses that she wanted to say something. He asks the maid for hot water. Manu agrees and goes to get it.
As Manu prepares the hot water, she is about to add a large block of ice when Raghav’s mother stops her, warning that if so much ice is added, Raghav might even lose his voice. Shanaya overhears their conversation.
Dil, staring at her mother Nandini’s photo, laments that even after entering Raghav’s house, she couldn’t seek his help. She wonders how she will find her mother now.
Elsewhere, Shanaya pours a glass of juice and adds a large ice block. Natasha questions her, and Shanaya replies that she’s trying to befriend Diljeet and the juice is for him. Natasha approves.
Shanaya approaches Dil and says she wants to be friends. She offers the juice to Dil, who insists Shanaya drink it first. Shanaya makes an excuse and convinces Dil to drink it instead. Shortly after, Dil collapses, and Shanaya panics and flees.
Raghav and others find Dil unconscious and rush her to her room.
The doctor examines her and says she consumed extremely cold water, damaging her vocal cords. He advises complete vocal rest and leaves.
Raghav, looking at the unconscious Dil, tells his mother he feels she wanted to tell him something. Madhu comments, while Raghav’s mother advises him to rest, assuring him they’ll take care of Dil.
Later, Natasha confronts Shanaya, who insists she did nothing wrong. Natasha scolds her and asks why she can’t understand that they need Diljeet’s voice.
Meanwhile, Manu receives a phone call and leaves, accidentally dropping Dil’s diary. Raghav enters Dil’s room, sees Nandini’s photo, and wonders why Diljeet has it.
