The episode begins with Raghav recalling Natasha’s mother’s words, urging him to sing again. As he looks at Nandini, memories of their time together come flooding back. Meanwhile, Nandini feels she can no longer keep the truth from Dil. While brushing her teeth, Dil asks Nandini not to leave her. Nandini gently assures her that she won’t.
Chandan approaches Raghav and asks him to sign some documents. Raghav agrees, places his diary on the table, and walks away.
Natasha enters the room, sees Raghav and Nandini’s names written in the diary, and becomes visibly upset. Just then, Raghav walks in.
Dil tells Nandini she got scared thinking Nandini might leave her, just like her father did. Nandini reassures her that her father is still alive. Dil reveals that Ram told her he had passed away, which makes her feel like Nandini lied. Nandini comforts her, saying her father is indeed alive, and promises that as long as the stars shine, both she and her father will always be there for her.
Natasha confronts Raghav, demanding to know who Nandini is. Raghav grabs the diary from her hands and curtly says he doesn’t owe her any explanations. He sternly tells Natasha to stay out of his room and walks away.
The next morning, Nandini urges Dil to go to school. Dil refuses, clinging to her. Nandini assures her that everything is fine, but Dil remains adamant. Finally, Nandini promises to take her to meet her father. Dil asks for a pinky promise, and Nandini agrees.
Natasha vents to her mother, insisting that Raghav is having an affair with someone named Nandini. Her mother refuses to believe it. But Natasha is convinced, saying that everything is connected to Raunakpur, and she even found both names in Raghav’s diary. She explains how Raghav lashed out when she questioned him. Natasha wonders why he even married her. Her mother reminds her it was for the sake of the baby and advises her to stay close to Raghav if she wants to save her marriage. Natasha agrees to follow her advice.
Lata arrives with good news: Nandini is being discharged. Dil shares her own joyful news—that Nandini has promised to take her to meet her father that evening.
Raghav prepares to leave for Raunakpur but is taken aback when Natasha insists on accompanying him. In response, he tears up the flight tickets and decides to travel by bus instead.
Nandini confides in Lata that she can no longer live in the same house as her brother and suspects he may have caused the accident. She says she’s made up her mind to tell Dil the truth about her father. When Lata asks who it is, Nandini looks at a billboard and reveals: it’s Raghav Kumar. Lata advises her to only reveal the truth to Raghav if she’s certain he’ll accept responsibility for Dil. Nandini agrees.
Dil happily distributes sweets, announcing that Nandini is finally going to take her to meet her father.
Nandini reflects to herself that tomorrow, the truth will finally come out.
