The episode begins with Natasha confronting Dil. “You must admit your voice is Shanaya’s. Until then, you’ll remain locked in this dark room,” she says before shutting the door and leaving. Alone and scared, Dil accidentally steps on a toy snake, momentarily startled. Realizing it’s fake, she chuckles but soon grows anxious again, calling out for her mother. To distract herself, she sings “Saath Samundar Paar” and expresses faith that her father will return and reunite her with her mother, just as Baba had foretold.
Meanwhile, Chandan and his wife try to talk to Raghav, but he brushes them off with a quick “Later,” and takes Shanaya to his room. Seeing the damage left from the previous night’s outburst, Raghav reflects, “I destroyed this room. But with Saraswati Maa’s blessings and my daughter by my side, we’ll turn this place into a temple once again—clean it up and start singing practice here.”
Just then, Natasha arrives, worried that if Dil sings, her plan could be exposed. She quickly intervenes, suggesting Raghav and Shanaya begin practice after cleaning the room, since he holds it sacred. Raghav agrees.
Elsewhere, Dil worries about her cat, Mau Billi. Desperate, she bangs on the door, pleading for Natasha to let her out. “My cat must be waiting for me!” she cries. Natasha and Shanaya overhear her. Shanaya asks, “Did Dad punish Dil?” Natasha responds, “No, I did. I asked her for something—for you—but she refused.”
“But Dil has nothing to give,” Shanaya replies.
Natasha smirks, “She has a golden voice. If she sings, the world will believe it’s you. You’ll become a rockstar.”
But Shanaya firmly refuses. “Dad loves my voice. I’m not part of your plan,” she says and walks away.
Later, Shanaya spots Mau Billi and gets an idea to use the cat to teach Dil a lesson. Meanwhile, Padmini instructs Chandan and Bindu to plaster posters of Raghav and Shanaya across the city to build anticipation for the upcoming concert.
Shanaya then approaches Dil, notices her injured hand, and gently ties a cloth around it. Offering her some food, she says, “Come with me.” Dil hesitates and asks, “Where’s Yammy—Natasha Aunty? She punished me.”
“I know about your cat,” Shanaya says. “Come with me, or Billi will run away.”
Despite still limping from a past punishment by Raghav, Dil follows her. Along the way, she spots Raghav and wants to speak to him about her father, but Shanaya quickly pulls her away.
She secretly leads Dil near the freezer. As Natasha walks by, she hears the sound of fabric tearing and checks, but sees no one. Meanwhile, Shanaya tells Dil that her cat is inside the freezer. Dil doesn’t believe her—until Shanaya plays a meowing sound from her digital watch. Thinking it’s real, Dil opens the freezer and steps inside. Shanaya slams the door shut and locks it, laughing cruelly.
Dil panics and begs to be let out. “Open the door!” she cries. Shanaya laughs it off, saying it was just a prank and attempts to unlock it—but fails. Suddenly hearing footsteps, she panics and runs back to her room, leaving Dil trapped inside.
