The episode starts with Ved arriving at the café and calling Aarti, asking where she is. Aarti playfully tells him to find her. When Ved asks for a clue, she says she’s wearing his favorite color. Ved agrees.
Ved notices a girl in a yellow dress and assumes it’s Aarti, but soon realizes it’s someone else and apologizes. Aarti watches this and laughs.
Ved is left speechless when he finally sees Aarti. He compliments her smile. When Aarti asks how she looks, Ved removes her spectacles and tells her she looks beautiful, then gently puts them back on.
They sit at a table. Ved admits he feels a bit nervous. Aarti says she feels the same and jokes about it.
Ved tells her he wants to say something important. He calls for the waiter and gathers everyone’s attention, announcing that he’s about to propose to the love of his life for the first time.
At the same café, Abhay arrives for a meeting. Someone beside him points out the public proposal. Abhay looks at Ved but can’t see Aarti as Ved blocks his view.
Ved places a diamond necklace around Aarti’s neck. Then he kneels down, offers her a rose, and confesses his love. Aarti accepts the rose and says she loves him too.
Ved receives a call from Uday, who asks where he is. Ved says he’s with Aarti, and her Mu Dikhai ritual just happened—he even gifted her a diamond necklace. Uday warns Ved not to fall for Aarti too deeply, reminding him that this marriage is meant to end. Ved insists that Aarti is staying and will become their house’s daughter-in-law. Uday says he won’t allow Aarti to enter their home and hangs up.
Aarti returns and asks Ved if everything is alright. Ved says yes and gently asks if he can hug her. Aarti agrees.
