The episode begins with the driver informing everyone that the resort is nearby. Sarita comments that the place looks expensive and suggests finding a cheaper hotel or even a dharamshala instead. Meanwhile, Devika confronts Anupama, saying that if her heart still belongs to the Shah family, she will never find happiness in Mumbai. Taking Anupama’s phone, Devika switches it off. Anupama, worried, asks why she did that and what would happen if there’s an emergency. Devika tells her to calm down, reminding her that she’s not a doctor, an ambulance, or God.
At the Shah house, Pakhi grows anxious about Ishani. The family asks her why she’s shouting, and Paritosh sarcastically remarks that Pakhi and Ishani’s drama never ends. Pakhi defends herself and insists she’s serious. Leela asks Paritosh to open the door, and everyone is stunned to find Ishani lying unconscious. Horrified, Pakhi screams after seeing her daughter’s condition. Kinjal immediately decides to call Rahi and Ansh for help.
Back at the resort, Anupama feels a strange restlessness. Preet asks Devika what’s wrong with her. Devika replies that Anupama is a mother—she can never be completely detached, and that’s why she’s uneasy. She adds that they must protect Anupama from the Shah family’s constant troubles. Just then, Devika receives a call from Kinjal and learns that Ishani’s condition is critical.
At the Kothari house, Rahi and Ansh prepare to visit Ishani. Vasundhara dismisses the situation, suggesting that Ishani might be pretending. Rahi angrily warns her not to speak carelessly. Parag tells Rahi and Ansh to go ahead. Ansh feels uneasy, while Rahi notices that Prem’s phone is unreachable. Vasundhara advises Rahi to keep Prem away from the Shahs. After they leave, Anil suggests they should also visit the hospital. Mahi mocks Ishani, calling her an attention seeker, and tells everyone not to worry. Vasundhara agrees, saying this proves Ishani is faking it. Mahi insists Ishani is too self-centered to hurt herself, assuring everyone to stay calm.
At the hospital, the Shah family waits anxiously as Ishani’s condition worsens. The doctor urgently asks for an injection, but the nurse nearly drops it. Just then, Anupama rushes in and saves the situation. Leela expresses her gratitude, relieved to see Anupama return. Pari blames herself for Ishani’s state, and Pakhi, overwhelmed, hugs Anupama tightly, apologizing for everything.
Elsewhere, Mahi proposes marriage to Gautam, promising to help him gain custody of his child. She imagines a perfect family life with him, while Gautam stands stunned and speechless.
Leela later asks Anupama if she plans to stay. Anupama says she will remain for a while but asks everyone else to return home. Pari continues to hold herself responsible, and Kinjal and Paritosh try to comfort her.
Meanwhile, at the Kothari mansion, Mahi proudly tells Parag and Vasundhara that the meeting with the German client was only possible because of Gautam. Vasundhara praises him, but when Mahi speaks against Ansh, Prarthana immediately defends him. She questions Mahi’s growing support for Gautam. Just as Mahi is about to confess her feelings, Prarthana warns her to stop before it’s too late.
Later, Rahi asks Ansh to stay for Bhai Dooj, and Anupama also tries to convince him. However, Ansh refuses, saying he’s tired of taking responsibility for everyone and is already suffering because of Pari and Ishani at the Kothari house. Heartbroken, Anupama prays to God, asking why life keeps preventing her from moving forward.
