Jaspreet is furious after learning about her suspension. She vents her anger at her boss. Bharti tries to calm her down, reminding Jaspreet that she once said her boss was impressed with her. Jaspreet worries that this suspension could seriously harm her career. Meanwhile, their landlord demands a rent increase from Jaspreet and Bharti. Despite their pleas, he remains firm and tells them to vacate the house if they can’t afford the new rent.
Elsewhere, Mahi discusses starting an imitation jewellery business with the Kothari family. Parag objects, pointing out that their family has always dealt in real diamonds. But Mahi explains that she and Prem have already made the decision. Anil and Gautam are taken aback. Gautam reminds them that business decisions are either made by Parag or collectively as a family. Prem clarifies that nothing has been finalized yet, and the discussion continues. Khyati sides with Mahi, stating that since Aryan’s property belongs to Mahi, she has the right to make such decisions. Meeta adds that if Mahi is considered a partner, then Anil shouldn’t be treated like an employee. Parag feels insulted. When Prem questions him for leaving, Parag says everyone is talking nonsense. He then reveals that the space being discussed was actually intended for Rahi’s dance academy. This leads to a heated argument between Parag and Khyati, leaving Mahi stunned.
Jaspreet later lashes out at the landlord for raising the rent. She then confronts Anupama, asking whether she went to Manohar’s house. Anupama denies it and says she doesn’t want to work with Manohar. Jaspreet demands that she either contribute financially or leave the house. Anupama agrees to contribute, but Jaspreet still drags her out. Despite her pleading, Anupama is forced to agree to work with Manohar. Jaspreet instructs Bharti to inform her friend that Anupama will now be joining Manohar.
Later, Prem discusses the dance academy with Parag and Rahi. Mahi interrupts and tells Prem to come to the office first and leave other matters for later. Prem explains that he’s talking about the academy, not wasting time. When Mahi runs into Khyati, she informs her that Prem is busy and will come to the office later. Khyati then asks Mahi if she’s had breakfast. Mahi replies that Rahi was busy, so breakfast wasn’t made. Khyati scolds Rahi for not preparing it. Parag suggests that the staff could handle it, but Khyati accuses Rahi of thinking the family can’t function without her. A fresh argument breaks out between Khyati and Parag, with both accusing each other of being unfair to Mahi and Rahi.
Vasundhara steps in and puts a stop to the quarrel. She scolds both Khyati and Mahi for using their grief as an excuse to disrespect others. She instructs Khyati to prepare the bhog and tells Mahi to go make her own breakfast.
Meanwhile, Anupama reaches Manohar’s place, feeling nervous and uneasy. Manohar evaluates her as she recalls memories of Hasmuk.
