The episode begins with Rishi speaking to Krishnand about the latter’s newborn baby. Krishnand inquires if something happened in Simulboni, as a local boy mentioned that something serious occurred involving Rishi. Rishi denies it and ends the call. Just then, Jhanak arrives with food for him. Rishi coldly tells her not to act smart, reminding her that he never asked for food and that she has no right to enter his room. He silently questions whether he must live with this lie forever.
Jhanak sarcastically asks if there will be a grand dance performance at his real wedding. Rishi snaps, saying it’s none of her concern. She questions why he is angry with her when she hasn’t revealed the truth about their marriage to anyone. She narrates their story with a twist, comparing it to a film that moved her to tears. Rishi accuses her of trying to emotionally blackmail him.
Meanwhile, Indumati, Tanushree, and Payal discuss Aditi’s wedding attire budget. Payal suggests increasing it, but Indumati disagrees. Tanushree assures them they’ll manage within the current budget. Suddenly, they hear Rishi shouting and rush to his room. He angrily questions Tanushree for sending Jhanak to his room, asserting that Jhanak is not allowed there. He storms back into his room.
Elsewhere, Anjana tells Aniruddh they should send sweets to Rishi’s family. Aniruddh says he will visit them in person. Aditi joins them for breakfast. Arshi teases that Aniruddh is upset because Aditi will soon leave home, adding she’s sad Aditi is stepping into a simple life. Aditi replies that she knows how to adjust. Arshi says that’s exactly why she’s worried. Aditi says Rishi’s family seems kind and she’s excited to join them. Aniruddh reassures Arshi, saying Rishi is a good man. Arshi adds that Rishi and his family are lucky to have Aditi. Aditi then leaves, saying she’s getting late.
In the village, Parashar tells Nutan not to stop him. Nutan pleads with him not to harm Bua. Parashar asks what Jhanak told her. Nutan reveals that Jhanak was forced into marrying Rishi. Bua mocks Nutan for getting bold because of Parashar’s presence. Nutan says no one has Rishi’s contact details. Parashar lashes out at the villagers, saying this is the reward he gets for all the good he’s done—they have ruined Jhanak’s life.
Nutan begs Parashar to find Jhanak, saying she needs to speak with her. Parashar explains that he lost Rishi’s number while fleeing, but since Rishi is a police officer in Kolkata, he’ll track him down. Bua, unable to tolerate the situation, walks away with Kanka. Parashar assures Nutan he will make sure she reconnects with Jhanak.
At Rishi’s house, Aditi arrives. Jhanak recalls Rishi mentioning her earlier. Aditi takes blessings from the elders, and they begin discussing wedding plans. While Aditi blushes, Jhanak looks dejected. When Aditi notices Jhanak, she asks about her. Indumati explains that Rishi brought Jhanak from Simulboni to work as a maid. Aditi is surprised, saying Rishi never mentioned this. Tanushree adds they needed household help. Indumati introduces them, asking Jhanak to take care of Aditi. Aditi is left wondering why Rishi hid such an important detail.
Meanwhile, Jeet tells Pihu to consider his house her own. Pihu compliments him, saying he’s very kind. Jeet guesses she must be hungry and calls Ramesh to serve food. After doing so, Ramesh is instructed to lock the door and leave them alone. Outside, Ramesh tells his wife that Jeet has brought another young girl, possibly his daughter’s age. His wife advises him to stay out of it.
Back inside, Jeet offers Pihu alcohol and begins feeding her. As she starts feeling dizzy, she sits on the bed. Jeet tells her to rest if she’s unwell and urges her to drink more. When Pihu refuses, he touches her inappropriately. Uncomfortable, she gets up and insists on leaving. Jeet tries to stop her, suggesting she sleep there for a while. He begins drinking and opens up about his past with Ishani, revealing the truth. Realizing she’s been deceived, Pihu demands to leave. Jeet pushes her onto the bed and threatens that she cannot go without his permission. Pihu manages to escape with Ramesh’s help.
