The episode opens with Jhanak expressing to Putul that she feels deeply hurt as everyone has misunderstood her. Putul consoles her, saying that one day everyone will realize Jhanak’s truth and respect her. But Jhanak replies that she doesn’t want that; she just wishes everything returns to normal and everyone stays happy.
Meanwhile, Indumati worries about Aditi’s well-being. Surjeet insists on breaking the door if Aditi doesn’t open it soon. They rush upstairs. Tanushri stops Dadabhai from going up, accusing him of caring only for Jhanak. Dadabhai denies it, saying Tanushri is mistaken and that he has never wished ill for anyone. Tanushri argues that he always favored Jhanak over Aditi and warns that things will get worse if anything happens to Aditi. She storms upstairs as everyone starts knocking on Aditi’s door.
Hearing the commotion, Jhanak and Putul rush to Dadabhai. When Jhanak asks what happened, he tells her that Aditi isn’t responding. Jhanak tells Putul to call Rishi while she goes upstairs with Dadabhai. Putul calls Rishi and informs him of everything. Rishi tells her he’s on his way and quickly hangs up.
Indumati then blames Jhanak for the situation, but Jhanak pleads that they should focus on Aditi first. Payal suggests calling Arshi, but Neelu insists they wait for Rishi. Surjeet scolds everyone for leaving Aditi alone after her argument with Rishi. Without wasting time, Jhanak breaks open the backdoor and rushes inside.
Rishi arrives and demands to know what happened. Neelu angrily says he deserves to be jailed if anything happens to Aditi. Rishi accepts it silently. Jhanak, shocked to see Aditi unconscious, cries out her name. She opens the door, letting everyone in, and panic fills the room. Tanushri immediately blames Jhanak for Aditi’s condition, but Putul assures Jhanak that she is not at fault.
Jhanak, however, says she’s worried about Rishi. Neelu suggests informing Aditi’s parents, while Surjeet notes that Aditi’s pulse is weak. Tanushri taunts Dadabhai, saying he must be happy now. Dadabhai is taken aback, and Surjeet urges everyone to stop arguing. They rush Aditi to the hospital, where Neelu calls Arshi to update her.
At Arshi’s place, she furiously questions Anjana for revealing the truth to Aditi, saying that Aditi now believes her parents abandoned her. Already troubled because of Jhanak, Aditi couldn’t handle this shock. Arshi breaks down, saying she’ll die if anything happens to her. Bablu admits he didn’t think Aditi could bear the truth, but Arshi lashes out, saying neither he nor Anjana had the right to tell her.
At the hospital, doctors begin Aditi’s treatment. Arshi and Aniruddh arrive soon after. Arshi accuses Rishi’s family of driving Aditi to this state. Tanushri explains that Aditi went into shock after learning the truth about her childhood. Arshi counters that Aditi had been suffering ever since her marriage to Rishi and blames them for letting Jhanak live in the same house.
Elsewhere, Jhanak blames herself for everything. Putul tries to comfort her, but Jhanak says she shouldn’t have come there in the first place and regrets telling Aditi the truth. Putul reminds her that it was Anjana who told Aditi first. Jhanak wishes for Aditi’s recovery and asks Putul to keep her updated. Though she feels she should leave, Putul says everyone except Dadabhai and Rishi will be happy if she does.
Back at the hospital, Arshi vows not to spare anyone if Aditi doesn’t survive. She confronts Rishi, accusing him of negligence and marrying Aditi for money, not love. Rishi, visibly distressed, says he understands their anger but insists that he too is in pain because Aditi is his wife. Aniruddh rebukes him, saying Aditi took this drastic step because Rishi never truly treated her as his wife.
Tanushri urges everyone to stop arguing and pray for Aditi’s recovery. Arshi accuses them of pretending to care and warns that if Aditi dies, Rishi will end up living with Jhanak. Aniruddh questions Rishi directly about his feelings for Jhanak, but Rishi refuses to discuss it, saying this is not the time. Neelu interrupts, reminding everyone that the doctor needs a matching blood donor for Aditi. Arshi informs them that none of their blood groups match hers.
