Jhanak Today Episode 16 June 2025
The episode begins with Jhanak telling Nutan that one day she will make her proud. Nutan responds that she already is proud of her. She then asks Jhanak to go to sleep, but Jhanak refuses, saying that if she sleeps now, she won’t be able to wake up early in the morning.
Meanwhile, Aditi is anxious because Rishi hasn’t called yet. Just then, Rishi calls and tells her not to panic. Aditi says she knows he’s in danger. Rishi reassures her that he’s fine now. Aditi then asks if he has completed his work. Rishi replies that it’s still unfinished and he’ll need to stay two more days. Aditi asks if he will be back by their wedding day, the 23rd. Rishi tells her not to talk like that and says he misses her. Aditi says she misses him too, asks him to take care, and ends the call.
The next day, Jhanak and Nutan arrive at Rishi’s room. Jhanak introduces Nutan to him and asks, “Where is Parashar?” Rishi replies that Parashar left the previous night. Jhanak tells Nutan she didn’t even get a chance to give Parashar a flower. Nutan asks Rishi about his injury, and he says it was caused by a motorcycle accident. Jhanak asks if Parashar is okay, and Rishi replies that only he got hurt. Jhanak comments that Rishi doesn’t know how to ride a bike properly. Rishi agrees and says he plans to learn riding in the city. He hands over the money Parashar had sent for Nutan. Before they leave, Rishi advises Jhanak to ride her bicycle carefully and avoid getting into fights on the way home. Jhanak and Nutan then depart.
Upon reaching home, Bua taunts them, accusing Nutan of trapping Parashar and now trying to teach Jhanak the same tricks. She orders them to leave the house. Jhanak warns Bua not to insult Nutan, but Bua grabs Jhanak’s hand and scolds her. Nutan steps in and defends Jhanak, asking Bua not to humiliate her. Sakhi threatens to tell everything to Parashar, but Nutan reveals that he left the night before.
Elsewhere, Anjana asks Aditi when Rishi will return. Aditi replies that he’ll be back in two days. Meanwhile, Payal returns from school with Kaju and Badam. Mishti tells Tanushree she’s getting late for tuition but Putul is still in the bathroom. Payal complains that everyone needs the bathroom at the same time, but Putul takes too long. Hearing this, Putul tells Tanushree to make Payal understand that the bathroom won’t always be available on demand. She accuses Payal of always picking fights and asks if her arrogance comes from her wealthy maternal background. Payal asks if Putul wants her to leave the house. Just then, Putul’s father arrives and asks her to apologize. In frustration, Payal slaps Kaju and says the children don’t need to bathe today. Tanushree comforts Kaju. Indumati tells Putul to apologize, but Payal says it’s unnecessary. Still, Putul apologizes and breaks down. Tanushree consoles her, and Putul says she feels like a burden to her family, which deeply hurts her parents.
Meanwhile, Arshi expresses concern that there’s not much time left for the wedding preparations. Bablu suggests choosing the wedding venue first. Aniruddh proposes having the wedding at home, but Arshi prefers a club. Aniruddh assures her that Rishi’s family wouldn’t feel uncomfortable there. Aditi agrees. Arshi says she’ll go shopping with Rusha and asks Anjana to accompany her. Although hesitant at first, Anjana agrees when Arshi says she’s fine with it.
Later, Pihu asks Ishani to bring drinks from her father’s stock. She mocks Ishani in front of her friends, calling her a maid. Ishani refuses to get the drinks, saying she won’t let Pihu ruin her life. Pihu says she’ll just order them anyway. Ishani threatens to slap her if she drinks. Pihu is shocked by her tone. Ishani urges Pihu to change for her mother’s sake. Pihu brushes off her advice, but Ishani insists that while she couldn’t fulfill her dreams, Pihu still can. She encourages her to study hard and make her parents proud, clarifying that she’s not trying to replace Pihu’s mother. She then tells them to eat and walks away.
Back in Simulbuni, Nutan tells Jhanak to deliver turmeric paste to Rishi and says she’ll prepare food for him too. Jhanak expresses doubt about whether Rishi will eat such simple food.
