The episode opens with Jhanak expressing that she will miss Putul dearly. She hopes for some positive news about Aditi before she leaves for Simulboni. She requests Putul to keep her informed if no updates arrive by morning, and Putul promises to do so.
At the hospital, Arshi accuses Rishi of being responsible for Aditi’s condition. Neelu defends him, but Arshi angrily claims Rishi wants Aditi to die. Rishi calmly says he understands their pain, which is why he isn’t arguing. Tanushri intervenes, asking everyone to stay quiet and reminding them that no one can truly understand Aditi’s parents’ grief. Rishi insists he’s being wrongly blamed and reminds them that he never accepted any gifts during the marriage. Aniruddh counters, saying Rishi only did that to gain their trust since he would inherit everything eventually.
Rishi declares he doesn’t care what they think—Aditi’s well-being is his only concern. Dadabhai urges everyone to stop fighting and apologizes to Aditi’s parents for the incident happening under his roof. He requests them not to accuse Rishi, as he is already heartbroken. Tanushri tells Arshi to calm down, but Arshi refuses, saying she can’t relax while Aditi suffers. Rishi questions why Aditi’s parents abandoned her for five years, to which Aniruddh snaps that Rishi has no right to ask. Rishi argues that as Aditi’s husband, he has every right to stand by her.
A nurse rushes in, saying they urgently need more blood, but Aditi’s rare blood group has made it difficult to find a match. Tanushri suggests calling Putul to check her blood group. Rishi calls Putul, who reveals that Jhanak’s blood group is O negative. Hearing this, Rishi asks her to bring Jhanak immediately.
Meanwhile, in the taxi, Putul questions why Jhanak brought her luggage. Jhanak replies that she plans to leave for Simulboni after visiting the hospital—she must save Aditi first. Putul says Jhanak is kind but misunderstood. Jhanak responds that since Aditi is Rishi’s wife, it’s her duty to help her. When Putul teasingly asks if Jhanak loves Rishi, Jhanak denies it, saying love has no place in her life. She adds that she doesn’t have the right to love Rishi.
Putul reminds her of her marriage, but Jhanak avoids the topic. She confesses that Rishi’s absence makes her sad but asks Putul to keep it a secret. Putul insists that Rishi loves her, too, but Jhanak disagrees, saying such feelings are wrong and that she must focus on fulfilling Nutan’s dreams.
Elsewhere, Anjana prays for Aditi’s recovery, while Bablu regrets revealing the truth to her. Anjana tells him not to dwell on it and to call Aniruddh for updates. When Aniruddh doesn’t answer, Bablu contacts Rishi, who informs him that Aditi has lost much blood but that Jhanak, who shares her rare blood group, is on her way to help.
At the hospital, the nurse asks Rishi how long they must wait for the donor. Arshi demands to know who the donor is, saying she could have arranged a car, and accuses Rishi again of wanting Aditi dead. Abhimanyu defends Rishi, while Aniruddh continues to blame him. Indumati tries to calm everyone, saying Rishi and Aditi’s misunderstanding will soon clear up because they love each other.
Just then, Putul arrives with Jhanak. Arshi, stunned, asks what Jhanak is doing there—unaware that Jhanak has come to save Aditi’s life.
