Jhanak Today Episode 19 June 2025
The episode opens with Bua telling Nutan that the villagers won’t allow Jhanak to return home after finding out she stayed at Rishi’s place. She questions why Nutan sent Jhanak there in the first place and insists that now Jhanak must marry Rishi. Nutan, taken aback, asks Bua what she means. Bua reminds her that it was Parashar who made this rule, and Jhanak must abide by it. Nutan says she will go bring her daughter back, but Bua warns she will inform the villagers. Nutan pleads with her not to escalate things and silently prays for Jhanak as Bua walks away.
Soon after, the villagers express their outrage, declaring they won’t tolerate such behavior. Nutan tries to calm them, assuring them that nothing happened between Rishi and Jhanak. Kanka confronts Jhanak, questioning why she’s defending Rishi, and accuses Nutan of forgetting what Aniruddh did to her. The villagers decide to catch Rishi before he can flee. Mangal declares that if Rishi spent the night with Jhanak, he must marry her. Nutan insists Jhanak isn’t like that, but if it’s true she stayed in Rishi’s room, even she won’t accept her back. She begs the villagers not to ruin Jhanak’s life. The crowd then heads to the lodge and knocks on Rishi’s room.
Inside, Rishi and Jhanak wake up. Dhamu demands Rishi open the door. When Jhanak answers, she’s stunned to see the villagers outside. Rishi asks what’s going on. Dhamu questions how he could spend the night with Jhanak. Rishi protests, calling it nonsense. Jhanak clarifies that Rishi only helped her during the rain. Kanka tells her to stop talking. Bua accuses Jhanak of being just like Nutan and drags her away. The villagers seize Rishi too. Bua tells Nutan to take responsibility for Jhanak.
Jhanak pleads with Nutan, saying Rishi only helped her and nothing inappropriate occurred. Nutan believes her but laments that no one else does. Jhanak reminds Nutan that Rishi is already engaged and begs her to intervene. Nutan admits she’s at a loss.
Mangal then demands Rishi and Jhanak agree to marry. Rishi is stunned. Jhanak pleads for Rishi to be released, while Rishi protests, saying they’re all overreacting. He reiterates his engagement and insists he did nothing wrong. Dhamu warns him that village girls aren’t toys and threatens him with death if he tries to run.
Jhanak, in defiance, says she’d rather die than marry Rishi. Nutan again urges the villagers to understand nothing happened. Kanka accuses Jhanak of lying and says both she and Nutan want to break the village’s customs. Bua agrees and vows not to let that happen. Rishi tries to explain that he only helped Jhanak. Jhanak then requests a private conversation with Rishi and leads him away.
Meanwhile, Pihu talks in her sleep, saying she wants to go to her mother. Ishani, watching over her, gently says that Pralay would be heartbroken to hear that. Pihu insists she feels alone. Ishani reminds her that she has her father, brother, and aunt. When Pihu wakes up and sees Ishani, she asks why she’s there. Ishani encourages her to rest more, and Pihu wonders why Ishani cares for her despite being mistreated. Ishani replies that she genuinely loves them—especially Pihu—and says she knows Pihu is a good person at heart.
Pihu admits she thinks she’s a bad person, but Ishani disagrees, saying no one truly knows the real Pihu. Pihu then says she wants food from a restaurant. Ishani offers to cook something similar. Pihu tells her to go rest, but Ishani stays and gently caresses her head until she falls asleep.
The next morning, Pralay and Raj come into Pihu’s room. Raj asks Ishani to make breakfast. Ishani warns Pralay not to do business with Jeet, saying he seems suspicious. Pralay snaps back, asking if she’s trying to teach him business. Ishani at least asks him not to bring Jeet to the house. In her mind, she believes Jeet is blackmailing her, but vows to protect her family from him.
Elsewhere, Aditi calls Rishi, but he doesn’t pick up. She asks Aniruddh if they can go to Simulbuni, but he tells her not to panic.
Back in the village, Jhanak tells Rishi to agree to marry her so she can later help him escape. Rishi refuses, saying he can’t trust her or the villagers—they’re out of their minds. But Jhanak insists she’s only trying to save him, and he has no other choice. She promises she’ll help him get out.
