The episode opens with Jhanak’s teacher visiting her to congratulate her success. She informs Jhanak that a ceremony has been arranged to honor her outstanding exam results and asks her to invite Rishi. Parashar mentions that Rishi is a busy police officer and might not attend. The teacher praises Jhanak’s achievements, expressing confidence that she will clear the NEET exam and become a great doctor. Jhanak admits she feels anxious since she lacked proper guidance this time. Parashar regrets not being able to support her more, while Mangal feels sad for missing her interview. The teacher assures them that reporters will interview Jhanak during the ceremony.
Elsewhere, Arshi accuses Bablu and Anjana of causing Aditi’s suicide attempt. Anjana insists she never expected Aditi to take such a step. Arshi claims they knew Aditi’s fragile nature yet revealed the truth to her to make room for Jhanak in their house. Aniruddh interrupts, while Anjana explains she only brought prasad for Aditi. Aniruddh suggests she visit Rishi’s home, but Arshi forbids it. Anjana pleads to stop the argument. After Arshi leaves, Aniruddh apologizes to Anjana and Bablu on her behalf.
Back in Simulboni, Kanka insists Rishi won’t attend the ceremony, but Sakhi scolds her. Jhanak calms them, saying this isn’t the time for conflict in front of her teachers. She promises to attend the ceremony but admits Rishi will likely be busy. The teacher insists Rishi can take a day off and urges Jhanak to call him. Kanka reminds everyone that Jhanak and Rishi’s relationship has ended. When questioned, Jhanak replies that relationships aren’t everything—her focus is on becoming a doctor and serving Simulboni. The teacher suggests she study abroad, but Jhanak humbly says her dreams aren’t that big.
Parashar says Nutan would have been proud of Jhanak’s success. Jhanak tearfully agrees, saying she feels Nutan’s blessings from above. The teacher praises her as an inspiration for village girls who will now prioritize education over early marriage. She collects Rishi’s contact and invites everyone to the ceremony. Jhanak expresses gratitude to Simulboni, vowing to give back to her village.
Meanwhile, Putul tells Dadabhai that Jhanak isn’t answering calls. Dadabhai assumes she’s upset, but Putul believes she’s hurt. Neelu overhears and confronts them, accusing Putul of being jealous of Aditi’s happiness and uncaring about Rishi’s peace. Dadabhai asks her not to interfere, but Neelu continues, calling Putul wrong. Dadabhai defends Putul, saying she never asked Rishi to leave Aditi. Putul reminds Neelu that Jhanak once saved Dadabhai’s life.
Neelu warns Putul not to bring Jhanak back, claiming Rishi is married and Jhanak doesn’t belong in their world. Putul retaliates, saying Neelu herself didn’t fit into her in-laws’ family. Neelu boasts that she has “upgraded” herself and mocks Putul for leaving her marital home. Dadabhai interrupts, scolding Neelu and asking her to focus on her own life.
Later, Jhanak becomes emotional seeing Rishi’s old newspaper photo. When Parashar asks about it, she says it’s an old article where Rishi once defended him. Parashar asks if she’s spoken to Rishi, but Jhanak says no and insists he stop his risky activities. She admits she fears for his safety, saying she already lost Nutan and can’t bear to lose him too. Parashar assures her nothing will happen and asks her to stay happy, as that means everything to him.
