The episode begins with Putul agreeing to bring Jhanak’s Kuldevta and leaving. Jhanak feels guilty for leaving her Kuldevta alone in Rishi’s house, as if she disrespected it. Soon, Putul returns with the idol and hands it to Jhanak. Jhanak then goes to the hospital temple, performs the pooja, and prays to Kuldevta to save Dadabhai.
Meanwhile, the nurse informs Rishi’s family that O negative blood is urgently needed, but no blood banks have it. Both Aniruddh’s and Rishi’s families try to arrange it but fail. Rishi explains that O negative is a rare group, so it’s difficult to find. When the doctor asks if they’ve managed to arrange blood, Rishi admits they haven’t. The doctor warns that they must get it within an hour.
Abhimanyu tells the doctor that none of them have O negative blood. Just then, Aditi arrives and asks about the operation. Neelu informs her about the need for O negative. Aditi says her group is different, and the doctor urges them again to arrange it quickly. At that moment, Putul and Jhanak enter. Rishi tells Putul that Dadabhai’s life depends on O negative blood.
Aniruddh asks Jhanak when she arrived. Aditi explains that Jhanak had come yesterday to see Dadabhai and stayed. The doctor warns they can’t save Dadabhai without the right blood. Jhanak then reveals that her blood group is O negative and offers to donate. Rishi immediately objects, saying she isn’t family and he’ll manage blood from elsewhere. Aditi also says Jhanak can’t be trusted. But Jhanak insists she is certain of her blood group. Rishi challenges her to leave if it doesn’t match. At that point, the senior doctor steps in and takes Jhanak with him without testing first.
Later, Rishi confides in Surjeet that he isn’t sure Jhanak’s blood group is really O negative. Aditi adds that if it turns out true, Jhanak will claim she did them a favor. Surjeet replies that if Dadabhai survives, that’s what truly matters.
Putul and Jhanak overhear this conversation. Putul promises she’ll never forget Jhanak’s help. Jhanak says she’s simply happy to save Dadabhai. Putul praises her, while Jhanak recalls Nutan’s good deeds for Simulboni and says she wants to be like her mother. She adds that she must complete her studies to achieve her dream, and assures Putul she will never come between Aditi and Rishi.
Later, Rishi admits he feels afraid. Aniruddh tells him to stay calm. Indumati remarks that ever since Jhanak entered their lives, problems have followed. Aditi warns that Jhanak will eventually claim she did them a favor. But Rishi reassures her, saying that Aditi matters to him—not Jhanak. Aditi, however, points out that if Jhanak ever demands her rights as Rishi’s wife, none of them will be able to stop her.
