The episode begins with Putul agreeing to bring Jhanak’s Kuldevta and leaving. Jhanak, however, feels guilty for disrespecting her Kuldevta by leaving it alone at Rishi’s house. After a while, Putul returns with the idol and hands it over to Jhanak. Jhanak takes it to the hospital temple, performs pooja, and prays to the deity to save Dadabhai.
Meanwhile, the nurse informs Rishi’s family that they urgently need O negative blood, which is not available in any blood bank. Both Aniruddh’s and Rishi’s families try to arrange it but fail. Rishi explains that O negative is a rare blood group and very difficult to find. The doctor insists that the blood must be arranged within an hour. Abhimanyu tells him that no one in their family has that group. At that moment, Aditi arrives and asks about the operation. Neelu tells her about the blood shortage, but Aditi also confirms her group isn’t O negative. The doctor again urges them to arrange it quickly.
Just then, Putul and Jhanak arrive. Rishi informs Putul about Dadabhai’s condition and the urgent need for O negative blood. Aniruddh asks Jhanak when she came, and Aditi explains that Jhanak had visited yesterday to see Dadabhai but stayed on. The doctor warns them that without blood, Dadabhai cannot be saved. Hearing this, Jhanak reveals that her blood group is O negative and offers to donate.
Rishi, however, objects, saying Jhanak isn’t family and he will manage to arrange blood from elsewhere. Aditi also insists they cannot trust her. Jhanak reassures the doctor that she is certain about her blood group. Rishi challenges her, saying if it doesn’t match, she should leave immediately. Ignoring the objections, the senior doctor steps in and takes Jhanak for the transfusion without further testing.
Later, Rishi expresses his doubts to Surjeet about whether Jhanak’s claim is true. Aditi adds that if it turns out to be correct, Jhanak will use it as a favor against them. Surjeet, however, says that saving Dadabhai’s life is what truly matters.
Putul and Jhanak overhear this conversation. Putul assures Jhanak that she will never forget her sacrifice, to which Jhanak replies that she is just happy to save Dadabhai. Putul praises her, and Jhanak recalls her mother Nutan’s contributions to Simulboni. She says she dreams of becoming like her mother, which is why she must complete her studies. She also tells Putul she will never come between Aditi and Rishi.
Later, Rishi admits he is scared. Aniruddh tries to calm him down. Indumati remarks that problems have been arising ever since Jhanak entered their lives. Aditi warns that Jhanak might later claim she did them a favor. Rishi assures Aditi that she, not Jhanak, matters to him. But Aditi adds that if Jhanak ever chooses to fight for her rights as Rishi’s wife, none of them would be able to stop her.
