The episode begins with Jhanak getting frightened at the sight of an injection. She protests loudly, refusing to undergo any tests, and pleads with the nurse to keep the injection away. Pretending to cry, she yells, “Amma!” The nurse, puzzled, asks what she’s saying. Jhanak insists she’s completely fine and doesn’t need any tests, suggesting they inform Rishi that she’s okay. The nurse calmly explains that she only needs a small blood sample.
Just then, the doctor arrives and asks what’s going on. She manages to convince Jhanak to take the test. The nurse draws Jhanak’s blood. Rishi enters and sees Jhanak screaming. Annoyed, he scolds her for making a scene in the hospital and tells the doctor to inform him if there’s any issue. As he walks away, he thinks about how Jhanak always creates drama and hopes she won’t embarrass him in front of his family or Aditi. He decides it’s time to reveal to his family that Jhanak is just a servant.
Following the doctor’s instructions, the nurse removes Jhanak’s makeup and accessories. When Jhanak sees her reflection, she smiles and thanks the nurse. The doctor then informs her it’s time for a CT scan. Seeing the machine, Jhanak gets scared again and insists she’s fine and should be allowed to go. The doctor gently asks her to lie still on the machine. After the scan, Jhanak says it was fun. The doctor warns her to stop acting and tells her to wait outside. The nurse brings her some fruits.
Meanwhile, in the village, Nutan reminisces about Jhanak’s bidaai and wonders if she is happy at her in-laws’ home. She prays to God for Jhanak’s safety. Bua arrives and scolds Nutan for burning the food, followed by Kanka’s rebuke. Nutan explains she got distracted thinking about Jhanak and apologizes. Bua harshly tells her to forget Jhanak, declaring that Rishi will treat her like a servant, not a wife. Nutan asks Bua not to speak that way, but Bua reminds her they forced Rishi into the marriage, so he won’t keep Jhanak happy. She warns Nutan not to burn food again and leaves. Nutan, however, still believes Rishi and Jhanak will return together.
Back at the hospital, Jhanak offers fruits to Rishi, who notices her makeup and vermilion are gone. He tells her to eat. The doctor enters and says Jhanak’s reports are normal. Rishi thanks the doctor, who then leaves. Rishi tells Jhanak to forget their marriage. Jhanak replies that she never wanted to marry him anyway. She says she’s a sweet and pretty girl—why would she marry a rude police officer like him? Rishi glares at her, and Jhanak, feeling intimidated, asks him not to look at her like that. Rishi complains that she’s causing him too much trouble and takes her away.
At home, Indumati tells Tanushree and Payal to finish cooking quickly, wondering if Rishi got proper meals in the village. Tanushree is relieved Rishi is safe. Payal says Surjeet is eager to see him and jokes that Dadabhai will keep drinking tea until Rishi arrives. They all laugh, while Surjeet reassures Dadabhai not to worry.
Elsewhere, Shaswat comes home and calls out for Ishani, haunted by Jeet’s words. Confronting her, he asks why she betrayed him. Ishani says she doesn’t know what Jeet told him but is ready to accept any punishment. Shaswat tells her to leave the house. Raj Didi asks what’s going on, and Pihu questions why he’s angry. Shaswat shows them a file and says it contains everything Jeet revealed. Ishani is stunned.
Shaswat refuses to listen further. Ishani says she’ll leave but insists he must hear her side. Pihu asks what she means. Ishani says Jeet ruined her life and begins to share her past. Yash questions why they should believe her. Shaswat remains firm in his decision, calling Ishani characterless and saying he wants no relationship with her. Ishani warns them about Jeet and walks out.
