The episode begins with a conversation between Arjun and Gayatri. Arjun recalls how he once saved Gayatri’s life and expresses disbelief that her in-laws could be so cruel and immoral. He reminds her of the bond they shared and even shows a Rakhi, claiming it was tied by Gayatri herself. Overhearing this, Katha is stunned to discover that Gayatri Devi has a brother—something she never knew before.
Gayatri then reveals her inner turmoil. She confesses that whenever she passes the Jindal house, she feels a strange connection. However, Arjun firmly denies any link between her and that family. He insists that Gayatri’s father-in-law deliberately caused the accident that killed both him and her husband. Though Gayatri survived, the rest of the Jindal family left town after the tragedy. Arjun refuses to acknowledge any relationship with her.
Later, outside the house, Gayatri encounters Katha. Seeing her, Gayatri becomes nervous. Concerned, Katha asks if she is feeling unwell. Soon, Arjun spots them together and immediately identifies Katha as a member of the Jindal family. After Katha leaves, Arjun sternly warns Gayatri not to interact with anyone from that house.
Arjun’s intentions are sinister. To keep Gayatri unstable, he forcefully gives her medicine that gradually erases her memory. Holding an old grudge against the Jindal family, he vows to confront Ishwar before leaving for Nagpur.
Meanwhile, Uday prepares to leave for Delhi on an official trip. Katha packs a big tiffin for him, and her care deeply touches him. His cousins tease them about their budding romance. Uday, however, scolds Katha for neglecting her studies and cooking all by herself. As Uday departs, Katha suddenly feels a sharp, unexplainable pain in her chest.
In Arjun’s absence, Katha sneaks into his house again to meet Gayatri. Gayatri is startled to see her, especially since Arjun had strictly forbidden her from talking to Katha. But Katha is both surprised and intrigued as she learns more about Gayatri Devi’s business.
