The episode begins with Tulsi surprising Om and Parvati on their 36th anniversary with a cake. She asks them to cut it, but Mihir interrupts to discuss the property. He asks Om about the property’s price, to which Om replies he won’t sell it. Parvati then decides to return the property under one condition and hands Tulsi a letter. Tulsi reads that the haveli will cost just 1 rupee. Pari is overjoyed and thanks Parvati.
Parvati explains the property will be returned for 1 rupee but reminds everyone of Baa’s intentions. She questions Parth about why Baa gifted him the haveli. Parth recalls Baa had suggested giving the property to Tulsi, but she refused because Tulsi’s innocence might make her return it if anyone demanded. Baa then decided to give the property to Parth, to be transferred when he turned 18. Parth approaches Om and Parvati, requesting them to give the property to Tulsi, and hands over Baa’s letter. He urges Parvati to return the haveli to Tulsi, angering Gayatri.
Parvati explains that Baa loved Tulsi deeply and that’s why she chose her for the haveli. She hands the paper to Tulsi, who thanks Parvati for honoring Baa’s wish. Pari tries to grab the file, but Parvati stops her, reminding her the property now belongs to Tulsi. Tulsi is entrusted with a great responsibility, and Parvati reminds her to pay 1 rupee as Baa’s blessing.
Tulsi reads Baa’s final letter and begins to weep, missing her dearly. Parvati reads it aloud, revealing Baa’s words: everything may change, but Tulsi will remain herself and act wisely. Baa expresses that the haveli holds her sweet memories, warns that many may try to take it for personal gain, and instructs Tulsi that the property cannot be sold or transferred. She urges Tulsi to preserve the house, build a school there, and take care of it. Tulsi promises to honor Baa’s wishes, seeing Baa’s face in the letter.
Pari, Gayatri, and Noina are displeased with Baa’s decision, but Tulsi is determined to keep her promise. She tells Parvati she won’t take the property for 1 rupee, explaining it is Baa’s love and trust that makes it precious. Parvati thanks Tulsi, and Om affirms that the property belongs to her. Tulsi then gives Parvati the Ramcharitmanas, a treasured item of the household, which Parvati accepts gratefully. Tulsi thanks her, sealing the moment.
