The episode opens with Karthik, under hypnosis, attempting to kill Lakshmi with a knife. As Lakshmi tries to flee, she falls to the ground. Just as Karthik is about to stab her, she pleads, “I’m your Maha Lakshmi, please don’t harm me.” Her words cause Karthik to hesitate for a moment. Seizing the opportunity, Lakshmi escapes his grasp and manages to overpower him, tying him to the bed. She gently says, “I’m sorry, you’re not in your senses because Jia has hypnotized you. That’s why I had to restrain you.”
Lakshmi softly tells Karthik, “You are my everything, and I can’t bear to see you like this. Please come back to me.” However, Karthik grows even more aggressive. To soothe him, Lakshmi begins singing, which briefly calms him. She places a pillow under his neck, but he suddenly grabs her throat. After a struggle, Lakshmi manages to break free.
Meanwhile, Jia enters the house, notices the mess, and immediately senses a fight took place between Karthik and Lakshmi. She sees blood on the floor and assumes Karthik has killed Lakshmi. Alarmed, she begins following the trail of bloody footprints.
Karthik regains consciousness and finds himself chained to the bed. Enraged, he scolds Lakshmi and lashes out at her. Despite her attempts to explain the truth, he refuses to listen and storms out.
Later, Raghuveer contacts Lakshmi. She finds him holding Jia captive, unconscious and tied to a chair. Raghuveer reveals that Jia was behind everything. He explains that he faked the blood to deceive Jia and then kidnapped her. He further reveals that Jia hypnotized Karthik using a pendulum-like stone. Lakshmi recalls seeing a green pendulum with Jia. Raghuveer urges her to find and destroy it, assuring that once it’s broken, Jia won’t be able to hypnotize Karthik again. Lakshmi immediately rushes to Jia’s room in search of the pendulum.
Back at the house, Jia regains consciousness and starts making noise. Raghuveer removes the tape from her mouth. Jia demands to know why he kidnapped her and warns that his daughter won’t get a donor if he harms her. Raghuveer reveals he’s discovered the truth — the donor story was a lie, another one of Jia’s manipulations. He tells her that both Lakshmi and Karthik suffered because of her deceit, but he won’t let it continue. He warns Jia to back off and accept defeat. Jia refuses, prompting him to tape her mouth again before leaving.
Lakshmi, meanwhile, wonders where Jia could have hidden the pendulum. She encounters Sanjana, who informs her that Jia uses two rooms. Thanking her for the clue, Lakshmi heads to the second room but finds it locked.
At the same time, Jia hears Veda’s voice and begins making noise. Veda enters, removes the tape, and listens as Jia lies, claiming a thief has broken into the house. She urges Veda to untie her quickly so they can save her father. Just then, Lakshmi breaks open the locked door.
