The episode opens with Shruthi telling Mannat that only she has the right to Vikrant’s true love. She explains that she once stepped aside for Mannat’s sake, but now urges her to choose him again. Shruthi says she is willing to fight anyone—even death itself—for Mannat’s happiness. She advises her not to accept Vikrant’s proposal too quickly, but to make him wait a little before saying yes, and teases her playfully.
Meanwhile, Mannat prepares for the Dahi-handi celebration. As she gets ready, she recalls Vikrant’s love confession and is about to wear his necklace when she remembers Aishwarya’s request, making her hesitate.
Elsewhere, Aishwarya looks for Mallika in her room. She notices her dress lying there along with her wedding dupatta on the floor, but Mallika herself is missing. Fearing that Mallika may be plotting something, she grows anxious. Just then, Kiran arrives to meet Mallika. Aishwarya lies, pretending she also came to see her, but quickly sends Kiran away to prevent her from discovering the truth—that Mallika has disappeared.
At the venue, Vikrant oversees the Dahi-handi arrangements, stressing to his team that safety must be the top priority. He explains that Mezbani is sponsoring the event, Puneet is his competitor, and no one should stand beneath the crane during the performance. Though warned he hasn’t rehearsed yet, Vikrant insists he can handle it, as he has already given Puneet instructions.
Meanwhile, Mallika, disguised in a worker’s uniform, overhears everything. When she collides with a servant, Vikrant rushes to help her, but she hides her identity. Noticing the crane, Mallika realizes that Vikrant will be climbing it. She thinks it cannot support his weight and begins loosening the screws, plotting his downfall.
At the same time, goons attack Anirudh inside the jail.
Back at the festival, Puneet dances with his family as Neetu searches for Vikrant. He soon joins them, all the while admiring Mannat. Through his song, he expresses his love for her, and she shyly signals him to stay quiet. Mallika, meanwhile, continues tampering with the crane. When Vikrant asks if it is ready, she slips away without being recognized, though her work remains unfinished.
Kiran wonders why Mallika hasn’t arrived yet and blames Aishwarya for stopping her. Aishwarya makes excuses and pretends to search for Mallika. Mannat questions her, but Aishwarya lies, saying she is simply afraid of Anirudh. Mannat consoles her but later notices Mallika and grows suspicious—though Aishwarya distracts her quickly.
Just then, Ravinder calls Aishwarya to inform her that Anirudh has been admitted to the city hospital. She assures him she will be there soon. Lying to Gagan, she claims she is unwell and returning home, though he insists on accompanying her.
Meanwhile, Mannat continues looking for Mallika, who suddenly appears, now dressed differently. Mallika explains to Kiran that she changed outfits because she didn’t want to wear the same color as Mannat.
Vikrant then pulls Mannat aside, ignoring her fears of being seen together. He insists that she give him an answer—declaring that if she refuses, he will jump from the crane. Seizing the opportunity, Mallika quickly resumes sabotaging the crane.
