The episode begins with Abhishek searching for Arohi in the kitchen. Meanwhile, Arohi regains consciousness and is shocked to find herself locked inside the water tank, struggling to breathe. She prays for Abhishek to come and save her. She uses her feet to block the tap hole, stopping the water flow. Abhishek turns on the pipe to wash his hands but notices no water is coming. Wondering where Arohi is, he searches the kitchen, unaware she is trapped.
Simultaneously, Abhishek hears Devika shouting in her room, repeating that she won’t forgive the woman who killed her husband. Concerned, he asks the doctor what’s happening. The doctor explains that Devika was in a coma for a few days, and the medication has left her confused. She’s experiencing illusions and fragmented memories. The doctor assures him that Devika will recover after some rest.
As Abhishek is about to leave, he notices a flower vase with blood stains on the floor. He asks the sister about it, but she says she didn’t see anyone and the blood isn’t Devika’s. Suspicious, Abhishek searches the house for Arohi, fearing something has happened to her. Chachi and his mother help him look, while Abhishek suspects Devika’s involvement.
Sarojini recalls how she had the doctor hypnotize Devika and manipulates her, telling Devika not to trust Arohi and falsely claiming that Arohi killed her husband. Later, Abhishek tries to wake Devika, demanding to know where Arohi is and what she did to her. Anuradha urges him to calm down, but he insists he cannot because his wife is missing. Kailash tells him to stop, but Abhishek points out broken bangles on the floor, realizing they belong to Arohi. Sarojini worries that Abhishek and Arohi are obstacles she must remove.
Abhishek finally finds Arohi trapped in the water tank and rescues her. He decides to shift Devika to the hospital, but Arohi insists she should stay. Abhishek refuses, saying he cannot bear to see her hurt.
The next day, Arohi decides to visit her village, ignoring Abhishek. He holds her hand, showing concern in a strict manner. Arohi expresses her frustration, telling him he is dominating her like his father and not giving her space to express her opinions and feelings.
