The episode begins with Om asking Gayatri to prove her innocence by calling the lawyer and putting the call on speaker. Gayatri refuses, questioning why she should comply. She turns to Acharya and asks how he and the rest of the family can stay silent while she, the elder daughter-in-law of the house, is being humiliated. Acharya, visibly shaken by the video and on the verge of tears, says he will defend her—if she can prove her innocence. When Gayatri asks if the video seems real to him, he replies yes. She explains that while she did meet her lawyer friend, the conversation shown in the video is not what actually happened.
She then turns to Jay and reminds him of everything she has done for the family. Jay acknowledges that all household expenses have been managed by Gayatri so far, which is enough proof in itself—she doesn’t need to justify anything. However, Janki stops Jay from saying more.
Om interjects, saying there’s something else that was revealed when he went to Gayatri’s office. He informs everyone that she sabotaged Isha’s interview the previous day and claims he has voice recordings to prove it. Om accuses Gayatri of having a habit of interfering in people’s relationships, alleging that she is responsible for breaking Jay and Mala apart.
Gayatri argues that her years of dedication and contributions to the family shouldn’t be dismissed so easily. Isha agrees and adds that Gayatri has been giving money to Jay to keep him uninvolved, especially in matters related to his alcohol issues. She also reveals that Gayatri has long been trying to make her quit her job so she wouldn’t be able to contribute financially to the household. Gayatri turns to Om and Isha, accusing them of conspiring against her. She then confronts Janki, asking if this is how her sacrifices are being repaid. Janki responds that now, everything is clear—Gayatri’s true intentions have been exposed.
Gayatri claims that the entire family has turned against her now that Om has a job and she’s no longer needed. She tries to justify her attempt to have a portion of the house property transferred to her name. As a final effort, she turns to Jagdish, asking if he still believes in her. Jagdish replies that if what she’s saying is true, then she should swear on him. He places her hand on his head and demands that she swear she’s telling the truth and that everything Om said and the video showed is false.
Despite his siblings trying to stop him, Jagdish insists they remain silent. Om warns him not to let her swear falsely on him. Gayatri accuses Om of trying to ruin their bond, but Jagdish slaps her and declares that their relationship is over.
Gayatri warns Jagdish that the very people he defended today will one day turn against him. She says she’s giving him a final chance. But Jagdish grabs her hand and throws her out of the house, saying she no longer has a place there. Standing at the door, Gayatri pleads to be let in—begging to see Nyassa just once. Isha steps in, urging Jagdish and Om not to be so harsh, reminding them that Gayatri is still a mother.
In response, Jagdish calls Garima and tells her to take her sister away before things escalate further. The episode ends.
