The episode begins with Dil spotting Raghav and wondering if he could be her father. Just then, some workers pass by carrying a large mirror, blocking Raghav’s view of her. A thread falls from Raghav’s pocket, and Dil picks it up. Chandan arrives and takes Raghav away. Trying to convince herself, Dil says, “If he were really my dad, he would’ve been with Mom. Since he wasn’t, he can’t be my father.”
Meanwhile, the townspeople excitedly discuss Raghav’s return to Raunakpur. As Nandini is about to enter the venue, she accidentally spills juice on her dress and heads to the washroom. Lata calls and asks if she’s made a decision. Nandini replies, “Yes, but I’m not sure what’s going to happen.” Lata warns, “What if Raghav doesn’t recognize you or refuses to meet Dil?” Tearfully, Nandini responds, “I’ve come this far for Dil. Now let’s see what fate decides.” Lata presses further, “What if he doesn’t accept Dil… or even acknowledge you?” Nandini breaks down, silently absorbing her fears.
Hearing someone crying, Raghav opens the washroom door and offers a handkerchief. Without looking up, Nandini accepts it. Raghav offers a few kind words before walking away. Realizing it was Raghav, Nandini rushes out, but he has already disappeared backstage.
Natasha then approaches Raghav, who suspects she’s spying on him. Natasha replies, “You’re hiding something, and I intend to find out what.” Raghav warns her to leave or he’ll cancel his performance. When reporters arrive asking for a photo, Natasha poses with him. Nandini watches from afar, heartbroken, and quietly leaves. Raghav coldly tells Natasha, “Tell your mother how much you’ve ruined things.” Chandan intervenes, urging them not to create a scene in front of the media. Raghav repeats, “If Natasha stays, I won’t sing,” and walks away.
The host announces Raghav’s performance. Chandan pleads with him to sing for his fans and forget Natasha. Raghav agrees, on the condition that Natasha leaves the venue. As she exits angrily and heads to a cabin to drink, Raghav tells Chandan, “I made a promise to someone (Nandini) to return to Raunakpur. I may be late, but now I’m here—and I’ll sing for the people who shaped me.”
Raghav steps onto the stage to thunderous applause. Dil, excited, watches from the crowd. A friend asks how she got in. Dil replies, “I ran here. Raghav is performing today, and Mom promised she’d finally tell me who my father is.” They head off to find Nandini.
On stage, Raghav dedicates his performance to the person who once gifted him the song “Tu Dhadkan, Main Dil.” The crowd cheers, shouting, “That person will come running to you!” During his shayari, Raghav mentions Dil’s name. Stunned, she turns to her friend and says, “He just said my name!” Her friend asks, “Then where’s your dad?” Dil replies, “It’s too crowded—how will I find him?”
Raghav sees Nandini in the audience and begins walking toward her, but she quickly turns and disappears into the crowd. Dil grows anxious, saying, “Mom’s missing again,” and starts looking for her. She then decides to ask Raghav to announce her parents’ names over the mic.
Meanwhile, the audience keeps urging Raghav to reveal the identity of the person who inspired his return. Chandan tells Natasha to leave, saying her car is ready and the ticket is booked. Drunk and smug, Natasha smirks, “Now I’m sure your brother had an affair here.”
Back on stage, Raghav tells the audience, “The person who gave me the song that made me famous is the reason I’m here today.” Nandini listens silently and thinks, “You can deceive the world, but not me. I believed in you once. You promised to come back—but never did. Now, I won’t let even your shadow touch my daughter. I’ll raise her on my own.”
As the crowd chants for “Tu Dhadkan, Main Dil,” Raghav agrees to perform. He begins to sing, lost in memories of Nandini. Nandini, meanwhile, is haunted by images of him with Natasha. Just as she turns to leave, her dupatta slips and falls—landing on Dil, who catches it in her hands.
