The episode begins with Gayatri blessing UV over a phone call. Hearing her voice, UV grows silent and emotional. Gayatri tells him that although she hasn’t seen him, she still feels a deep connection with him. UV thanks her and asks her name, but the call disconnects. Katha then tells him her name is Gayatri and explains that she addresses her as Maa Ji because she too has always felt a bond with her from the very beginning. UV asks Katha to convey his gratitude to Gayatri, and Katha agrees.
As Katha prepares to leave, her foot gets stuck, and UV helps her. They share a light-hearted moment, which Pratty and Omi witness from afar. Pratty warns Omi that if Katha finds out UV helped her, it might affect their budding friendship, so they decide to keep it a secret. Meanwhile, Ambika observes UV and Katha together. She resolves to use Pari’s decision against Katha to drive her out of the house, while targeting UV, Pari, and Shikha.
Later, UV celebrates his success with his family. Watching from a distance, Naina asks Katha why she didn’t reveal to UV that it was actually her who helped him with his investors’ pitch but allowed Tammy to take the credit. Katha replies that she will tell him eventually. Naina teases her and silently prays for UV and Katha’s relationship to grow. However, Katha recalls UV’s media statement and tells Naina that her wish won’t come true, as she has no place in UV’s life. Determined, Katha adds that she will repay UV’s debt and won’t tolerate anyone hurting her self-respect.
Noticing Pari standing alone, Katha approaches her with a plate of laddoos. When she offers one, Pari asks if she is mocking her. Katha clarifies she isn’t and listens as Pari vents about the family’s unfair tradition—where men celebrate their victories while women are excluded. Katha consoles her. She also expresses hope that Eshwar and UV might reconcile, but Pari insists it will never happen. Ambika notices them speaking privately and, spotting Eshwar nearby, deliberately questions them loudly about their “secret conversation.” Pari brushes it off, saying it’s nothing.
Shlok then offers Eshwar sweets while informing him about UV’s successful deal. Eshwar rejects the sweet and bitterly criticizes UV’s mother, warning UV that he will regret defending her once the truth comes out. UV, however, vows to bring his mother home and prove Eshwar wrong. Eshwar insults him and walks away. Rukmini comforts UV, telling him his mother must be proud of him. She tries to feed him sweets, but UV refuses and leaves. Katha feels bad for him, while Ambika is pleased.
Later, Jay pays Katha for completing an order. On a call, he refers to UV as “Sharma” and indirectly tells him his work is done before leaving. Katha happily shares with Naina that she can now repay UV’s debt and no one can criticize Mohan anymore. At a café, Jay praises Katha in front of UV, assuring him that she would never take advantage of him, and then departs.
Pratty and Omi later ask UV about his opinion of Katha. UV replies that she isn’t a bad person, leading them to tease him. But UV clarifies that respect and love are two different things and shouldn’t be confused. He then asks them to keep Katha’s order a secret, and they agree.
Soon after, Katha repays UV’s money. Eshwar praises her, Tammy grows annoyed, and UV silently gazes at Katha.
