The episode begins with Ravinder following Mannat’s car. He instructs his driver to slow down once they near her vehicle—he plans to shoot her. Ravinder updates Aishwarya, saying Mannat is approaching the railway station. Aishwarya tells him to keep the call connected; she wants to hear Mannat scream when he pulls the trigger. Ravinder fires at the car window, aiming to kill.
Unexpectedly, Mannat appears in front of Aishwarya and hands her a bouquet. Aishwarya, startled, lashes out at her without realizing who it is. Mannat calmly calls her “Mom,” leaving Aishwarya stunned. Meanwhile, Ravinder informs Aishwarya that Mannat and her mother have vanished—he doesn’t know how she escaped so cleverly.
Mannat confronts Aishwarya, asking if she’s shocked to see her. She says Aishwarya probably didn’t expect her to be alive, considering how carefully she had planned to kill her. Mannat reveals that although she was planning to leave the city, Shruthi warned her not to trust Aishwarya. Sonia Khanna, Shruthi’s sister, knows Aishwarya better than anyone, and insisted she’d never let them live peacefully. Mannat recounts how she switched cars when the goons were distracted.
She then accuses Aishwarya of knowing nothing but hatred—reminding her that she abandoned her own child to die on the seashore. Mannat says if Aishwarya can break her promise, so can she.
Aishwarya demands to know why Mannat has returned. Mannat replies that she’s here to expose her, and once Vikrant learns the truth, he’ll never look at Aishwarya again. Aishwarya insists that Vikrant is going to marry Mallika and tries to strangle Mannat. Mannat remains defiant, saying she’s here to stop that wedding. Mannat further tells her that she has CCTV footage from the hospital showing Aishwarya beside Shruthi. It clearly proves their relationship, and the hospital form confirms that Aishwarya donated her liver. If needed, Mannat is willing to take a DNA test to prove it. She declares that she’s staying in this house because Aishwarya is her mother—even though she hates saying it. The truth may be hidden, but it can’t be changed.

Meanwhile, Vikrant reluctantly marries Mallika, feeling as if fate has left him no choice. Neetu prepares for the grahpravesh ceremony, but Aishwarya is missing. Just then, Mannat enters. Neetu and Vikrant immediately ask her to leave. Mallika, enraged, breaks the wedding knot, shocking everyone. Raveena declares it a bad omen.
Mallika announces that she no longer shares any relationship with Vikrant. Mannat calmly adds that she does—as his business partner. She tells everyone that Aishwarya will explain everything.
In a surprising twist of fate, Mannat ends up doing the grahpravesh with Vikrant. She reveals that Aishwarya has legally transferred her shares to her, making her a legitimate business partner. Mannat asserts that no one can throw her out of this house—or her job. She’s here to stay, with respect.
As the family questions what’s happening, Mannat tells them to ask Aishwarya. She’s only here for one reason—to stay with her mother.
