The episode begins with Vikrant giving medicine to Neetu and advising her to take it on time. Neetu asks if he will leave her, but Vikrant reassures her, saying he will never abandon his mother. He expresses that Vishaka may have given birth to him, but Neetu is his true mom. Calling her the cutest mom in the world, Vikrant tells her she’s lucky to have him, and he is lucky to have her as his parents. He asks her to call him whenever she needs anything. Roni, observing their bond, praises Vikrant and tells Neetu that he will never leave them for Vishaka.
Later, Mannat asks Dhairya if he has inquired anything about Vishaka. Dhairya says he needs more time to prepare a complete report but assures her that Vishaka doesn’t seem to be lying. Despite this, Mannat begins to feel suspicious about Vishaka’s intentions.
Meanwhile, Vishaka brings food for Vikrant, telling him he must be hungry since he skipped breakfast. Vikrant suggests she rest instead, but Vishaka insists, saying she cares for him deeply and used to feed him as a child. She recalls how he loved her stories and apologizes that he doesn’t remember them. Mannat observes Vishaka feeding Vikrant and overhears her saying that Neetu is over-possessive and her anger caused her illness. Mannat suspects Vishaka is trying to turn Vikrant against Neetu and quietly leaves, realizing Vishaka may be plotting something. Vishaka senses someone watching her.
Later, Vishaka sings happily, and Mannat joins in. She questions Vishaka’s presence and intentions, asking if she came to unite the family, but Mannat accuses her of instigating Vikrant against Neetu. Vishaka defends herself, saying she is his Bua, not his mother. Mannat firmly states that Neetu is his mother, and Vikrant loves her dearly. Mannat vows to protect Vikrant from anyone who tries to hurt him and leaves.
Dhairya then advises Vishaka to change her dressing style and return home, saying she doesn’t look like Vikrant’s mother. Mannat, being intelligent, won’t be fooled for long, and Vishaka believes she will separate Mannat and Vikrant within two days.
Meanwhile, Shruthi consoles Mannat and shares her happiness. Roni searches for Vikrant to give Mannat a gift. Vishaka arranges the Sargi for Mannat herself, claiming that Neetu refused to give it. She asserts that, as Mannat’s mother-in-law, she has the right to do so. Vishaka notices Vikrant’s irritation with Neetu. When Roni tries to give the Sargi to Mannat, Vishaka stops him, insisting it must come from the mother-in-law. Roni objects, saying it’s Neetu’s right. Vikrant complains that Neetu refuses her duty. Mannat suspects Vishaka is deliberately creating tension and instructs Roni to give her the Sargi as her father.
