The episode opens with Jhanak arriving at the college along with Sakhi and Mangal. The college watchman stops them, saying that not everyone is allowed inside. Jhanak explains that she has secured a seat in the college, but he asks for proof and mocks her for bringing her “village crowd.” Mangal scolds the watchman, while nearby students laugh at Jhanak.
When Jhanak questions the watchman, he says only she is allowed to enter. Jhanak insists she will go in with her family, adding that he wouldn’t have stopped them if they wore modern clothes. Sakhi decides to wait outside, but Jhanak insists they wait in the college waiting room. She warns the watchman not to disrespect her family and threatens to complain to the principal.
Meanwhile, Mishti shares with her family that she has been selected for medical studies, earning their praise. When asked about Jhanak’s results, Mishti doubts she got into any Kolkata college. Aditi becomes curious, but Rishi hides Jhanak’s roll number, knowing Aditi’s true intentions. Neelu advises Aditi not to give importance to Jhanak.
Elsewhere, Jhanak learns that the college fees are too high. The admission officer tells her to speak with the principal. On her way, she bumps into Ayush, who apologizes, but Jhanak scolds him. Ayush’s friend mentions her earlier fight with the watchman, and Ayush surprisingly defends her.
Jhanak meets the principal despite being told he’s busy. She pleads that she cannot afford the fees and doesn’t want to abandon her studies. The principal suggests arranging funds or using her scholarship later. Seeing her sincerity, he even offers his own money, but Jhanak refuses politely and leaves. The principal feels sympathy for her situation.
Outside, Sakhi asks if she got admission. Jhanak sadly replies that she couldn’t due to the fees. Mangal suggests borrowing from Rishi and repaying later, but Jhanak refuses. Sakhi prays for help and encourages her not to lose hope.
Determined, Jhanak returns to the counter and argues that she ranked 9th in NEET. The clerk advises her to bring a recommendation letter by tomorrow. Mishti spots her and taunts her about the admission. Jhanak firmly replies that she will definitely get it.
In the end, Mangal tells Sakhi he wants to meet Rishi for help, but Sakhi reminds him that they must respect Jhanak’s decision.
